Our 35mt2 stone house in Yakaköy, very close to Datça Palamutbükü, is waiting for its guests. Our 100-year-old house, which has been restored in accordance with the original, has its own 30 mt2 garden in front of it. It is located on a peaceful and quiet street. 50 steps from the village grocery store where you can meet all your needs. You can also get all your needs in Palamutbükü, 2 minutes away from your vehicle. Our house is located very close to the most popular bays of the Datça peninsula.

The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. The house is located in Asfendiou, a picturesque and quiet village near Zia. It was built in 1923 and has been renovated in a way to combine both traditional and modern style. The terrace overlooks the Aegean Sea and gives a great sunset view. Around 25 min. away from Kos town and 20 min. away from the airport. You can reach the beach only by car in 10-15 min. In any case, renting a vehicle of your choice is highly recommended to make the best of your stay in Kos.
