New Luxury detached Guesthouse in the Achterhoek

The luxury detached guesthouse is suitable for 2 people. The house is located in a beautiful area. The non-smoking house is spacious, everything is on the ground floor and is fully equipped: WiFi, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave, ceramic stove, lounge corner sofa, bar and/or workplace, dining table, air conditioning, TV, private terrace and parking. The house features 1 bedroom with a spacious walk-in shower (underfloor heating), air conditioning, king size bed, wardrobe.

Our B&B is located on the top floor of our house on the outskirts of the village of Boskamp in the municipality of Olst. You have your own entrance upstairs with 1 bedroom, a cozy room with built-in modern kitchen and a private bathroom with wonderfully soft, completely lime-free water and toilet. You have a particularly unobstructed view over the meadows, forests and a lot of privacy. You have the opportunity to enjoy the outside in the seat in peace. (Breakfast is provided free of charge by us.)

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos en twee biggen. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overig: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Incl boeken en spellen. Luister muziek, via bluetooth of LP speler en tuur om je heen...

Begin je ochtend met koffie op het terras, omringd door fluitende vogeltjes of een konijntje dat door de tuin huppelt.

Our Guesthouse is part of a thatched farm from 1876 in the outskirts of Toldijk. Located in the triangle of the Hanseatic cities of Doesburg and Zutphen and museum town of Bronkhorst. With various hiking and cycling trails nearby. Our newly renovated cottage has its own entrance, a large private garden with private terraces. Peace and quiet with views over the fields. Breathe the outdoors, pick your own herbs, taste the seasons and be welcomed by the animals on the property.

Atmospheric vacation home in wooded area

The Leemgate is a cozy and attractive vacation home with beautiful views. The house (4500 sq. ft.) has its own entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bicycles can be placed and possibly charged in the lockable garden shed. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside, you can sit and enjoy the view of the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500 m from the house. Vorden is a great place for cycling and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

From this ideally located accommodation, you can do all kinds of activities, such as boating, paddle boarding, cycling, swimming, hiking, canoeing, etc. The boathouse is very centrally located, and the cozy boulevard with its terraces and the city center of Harderwijk are within walking distance. Welcome to Izzy's spacious studio. The wood-burning stove heats the cozy large space. You can plop down in the sitting area, play a record and unwind. For the evening meal, you use your own kitchen and dine at the regulars' table. At nightfall, the canopy bed is ready for you. Close the curtains and enjoy a wonderful night's sleep. The next day, first turn on the wood-burning stove, and the surroundings invite you to a nice exploration!
