The cottage has a shower and hot water. Upstairs, there is a large double bed and mattresses. Downstairs, there's a bed and a sofa. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is not included in the price, so please clean the cottage when you leave. This way, the next guest will have a pleasant arrival at the cottage. There's well water in the cabin. There's Wi-Fi in the cottage.

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.
