All in all, we had a lovely stay and could also see aurora lights. Unfortunately, the internet speed was not so good. Snowshoes and sledges were provided for this:)

The place was wonderfully atmospheric and very nicely decorated. The clean apartment and communication with the host worked well.

There were four of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Ilkka personally welcomed us. The house is close to the road and is well accessible by car even in winter. The sauna is great, the beds comfortable and the sofa new. Spices and coffee were provided. Ilkka arranged us cheaply for cross-country skis and snowshoes and spelt a cross-country ski trail for us that started behind the house. We also saw the aurora lights 2x. Everything was super straightforward. I'd love to come back. Thank you.

The listing met all our expectations. Located in a beautiful, natural and peaceful place. Spacious and cozy, beautifully decorated house, where you can find everything you need. TV room separately👍. 6 km to the center, ok for us, Highly recommend .

Linda and Semi's summer house is the best place for adults and kids to relax and play in summer. we stayed there for 2 days. The place provides countless recreational facilities. you can have suna, hot tub, fishing, paddling, table tennis, ... The rooms are clean. The kitchen is full-equipted. We had a great time there.

Very nice place to stay. We stayed 2 nights 2 persons. Close to Tornio and Haparanda. It was quiet and good parking. Easy to find.

“Wonderful stay in Maula” We had a fantastic stay at this cozy Airbnb! The place was just as described – modern, clean and very well equipped. We particularly liked the breathtaking view of the Finnish countryside and the tranquility of the surroundings. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us great tips for things to do in the area and made us feel comfortable at all times. We want to highlight the sauna, which was a real highlight – ideal for relaxing after an active day. The location was also excellent. We were lucky enough to be able to see the aurora lights several times. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again anytime!

The apartment is in a great location for both motorists and public transport users. Spacious, clean two-room apartment that easily accommodated four people. Hosts are quick to respond, really friendly and reliable. Warm thanks and my recommendation!

The host gave us a very warm welcome with a bottle of Gloggi and and a big box of chocolates 😊. Excellent service, the accomodation was extremely cozy. We were a big family and we fitted very well because the house had enough rooms and beds for all of us. The kitchen had all we would have wanted to use. We also had kids, the host had some sliding equipments that were at our disposal to use. Our kids enjoyed playing around the big yard full of snow 😁. The host was available 24/7 incase we needed anything and always checking on us if everything was ok. I highly recommend this accomodation 100% even for small families or individuals. I was personally super impressed by the host’s courtesy. Great job 💪

We can only recommend. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. The host provided clear instructions and was reachable by message. Easy to stay with dogs and a big plus for the air heat pump, which cooled the apartment. We will gladly come again when we head north.

We would highly recommend staying at this apartment. The building is exceptionally clean and quiet, while the area feels safe. Being right on the sea, the view from the sixth-floor apartment was lovely, even in winter. Plenty of steaming hot water and comfortable beds, there was nothing to dislike, and I am very fussy about where I stay.
