A large bedroom and dining room, from which the small kitchen and the newly renovated bathroom are accessed. 1.40 m bed, small desk, TV (only via Internet) and Wi-Fi. New bathroom with a floor-level shower and a lot of space. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc. A parking space is not included with the apartment. However, there is a public parking garage (Burgstraße 20) two streets away for approx. 20 euros per day.

Dort ist auch zweimal wöchentlich Mi. und Sa. der wunderschöne Wochenmarkt. Hier ist auch die Residenz ehemaliges Kloster und heutiges Gericht mit seinen schönen Gärten. Von hier beginnt auch das Kemptener Zentrum mit seiner Fußgängerzone und Einkaufsmetrople des Allgäus.
