The first floor accommodates a beautifully decorated double bedroom and spacious bathroom. The property benefits from an exterior porch and utility room which provides secure storage space for boots, bikes or golf clubs.

Straight out from the apartment there are fantastic walks and runs up onto Cunswick and Scout scars, both with fantastic views of the lakeland fells. Close to numerous Lake District walking spots, extremely homely and therefore equally suited to exploring or cosying up on the sofa on a rainy day. A Lake District parking permit is included at the property with a car park 30-seconds away and a park close by for those bringing dogs.
