Great little house near downtown Blanco. Easy walk to the square. David was very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this property while passing through on a family vacation. It was exactly what we were looking for—clean, spacious, and full of history. The location itself was beautiful, like a little piece of art. We would definitely like to come back and stay again. We plan on booking this place on our next trip this way. It’s a hidden gem that you should see. The pool and bar were nice, and the host provided great food recommendations. They were super helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. 5 Star review all the way!

The ranch house was perfect for our family gathering. We all had plenty of room for private moments and plenty of shared space for gathering, gaming, cooking and meal-sharing. The Grandkids loved the pool, pool table and especially the chickens! Our family highly recommends Rockin B Ranch.

We had a very nice stay! Quiet, peaceful, serene, truly nature at its finest. The love, care and details to this home and the property made our family feel RIGHT AT HOME. The landscaping was my absolute favorite! The fine attention to tiniest of detail just made my heart smile. We watched the butterflies enjoy the blooms, along with the hummingbirds while we relaxed on the patio having our morning coffee. We couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was exactly what we hoped for. The view alone is worth the price. The pool and the spa were amazing. As a unexpected great bonus, one of the neighbors has a kangaroo, a zebra and what sounded like a peacock as his pets. Amazing morning views seeing the animals. Great property

I booked the home for family visiting Texas for a family event. The house is a ten minute walk to my home. A beautiful home in a gated community. Very safe. The two teenagers liked the media room and big screen tv. The kids are homeschooled and had quiet spaces to study. The outdoor patio and pool is very nice. Thank you for sharing your home.

The peaceful and quiet location of the cabin was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from the city. The many, many deer at all times of the day were amazing to watch as well as many squirrels that our pup loved to watch outside. The cabin description was as described and the decor fit the country vibe.

The home is beautiful and had everything we needed, home away from home. Cozy, peaceful, and comfortable. Feeding the deer was a treat on the back deck. Our hostess responded quickly.

The home was beautiful and spacious. Very clean and lots of spaces to sleep or hangout. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. My family and I absolutely enjoyed our time there as we had everything we needed. The communication with the owners was quick and friendly. Large house with multiple amenities. We had a great time at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described and close to downtown Boerne. Check-in was easy and the every room in the house was immaculate. We used the pool table, hot tub and the sauna , as well as the ping pong table. The kitchen is fully stocked. We came to town for a family wedding and this was the perfect spot for our large family group.

Such a great property! We’ve stayed twice and had excellent stays both times. Very responsive hosts, who were very flexible and helpful the entire time. If you need a beautiful place to stay, close to Boerne, this is your place!

My mom, sister, and I really enjoyed our relaxing stay in Blanco. The home was the perfect size for us and very cozy. We enjoyed sitting out on the back porch in the morning and the beds were comfortable. We'd recommend bringing your own blow dryer as there wasn't one provided. The home is a 2 minute drive to the town center.

This has been one of my favorite Airbnb stays. Personally loved the peace and quiet of being out in the hills. The house was spotless and unique. Our son loved the pool and the frequent visits from the chickens. Overall a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home and porch. Also very comfortable beds and plenty of room for at least 14 ppl to sleep comfortably. It was very quiet even tho the owners home is very close. Plenty of deer to watch in the morning in the hottub with a cup of coffee!

Great spot with amazing hang out areas around the house. We got lots of use out of the pool table and backyard firepit. Easily walkable to any of the many breweries around. Also, while they didn't list it under the amenities, the house does have a propane grill which was really nice to use while relaxing in the backyard. Highly recommend for a group gathering.

This place was perfect. Closely located to downtown Boerne and a cozy home with a fenced in yard. Would definitely come back.

We had a great time at farm house. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend. The river was beautiful, and we enjoyed hiking to find the caves on the property. Our kids had so much fun here! 10/10 would book again.
