My home is not close to Manhattan, and most of the places of interest to visitors. One room on the 3rd floor of my family's home, involves walking up 3 flights of stairs, narrow stairway. No kitchen access. 2 blocks from great local restaurants, cafes, and bars. Located 3 blocks from the B/Q train subway stop - Newkirk Plaza. THE SUBWAY IS A 10-MINUTE WALK AWAY (2 AND 5 TRAINS AT NEWKIRK). MANHATTAN (WALL ST) IS ~45 MINUTES AWAY BY SUBWAY. To comply with NYC hosting laws the host will be present. This listing is for the two upstairs floors of our townhouse and host stays downstairs.
