Waterfront holiday rentals in Kent

Victorias place was absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The Captains Quarters are a must stay place if you’re in long branch/lakebay. It felt like we were truly a captain of a ship, especially since the view was absolutely amazing. Victoria was so responsive, kind, and gave local recommendations. The private beach is even more gorgeous than the pictures, and it felt like a getaway from home. Our only regret is that we didn’t do more on the property! Would definitely stay here again. Props to Victoria and the amazing space!

great location and fun place to stay!

My son and I stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and very peaceful. We took the water taxi daily, which was so convenient. Each evening we sat at the park in front of the house and looked at the gorgeous city view. Ben was very responsive and gave us a great suggestion for dinner at Harry's. The house had everything we needed and was very clean and cozy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was truly one of the most relaxing weekends we’ve had in quite a long time. We met Sara & Jerry upon our arrival- they were very warm & made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment is perfect for a couple that wants to get away to a beautifully serene, relaxing, & quiet place. The apartment is comfortable & decorated very well. Sara keeps the grounds a gorgeous sanctuary for birds & bees. On a few occasions we even got to see the Bald Eagle couple that like to nest in one of the very tall trees of the property. It was so nice to wake up to a stunning view each morning & just enjoy the view. The stars are out at night so bright & if you ask, Jerry will leave you a little fire wood if you’d like to sit down by the little fire pit they have. Sara & Jerry are both kind, gracious, & hospitable people with a great love for the island & their community. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! The home had everything we needed: a full kitchen, clean bathroom, two comfy bedrooms, two cozy sitting rooms, and a washer/dryer—which was a huge help with our baby. It was fully stocked with fresh linens, towels, and blankets. The outdoor patio with a fire pit and stunning water views was a perfect place to relax. Jill and Gregg were wonderful hosts—warm, responsive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Jill even greeted us with homemade brownies and a bottle of wine! The house is family-friendly and included a pack and play, which made traveling with our 4-month-old so much easier. If you’re visiting the Fox Island or Gig Harbor area, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was super clean, really comfy, and had everything we needed. It felt cozy and relaxing — like a little home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay here on Vashon Island. The pictures are great but in person that view is even better and we wished we had more time to stay and enjoy it. The place was very clean, comfortable and the perfect size for us 4 adults. It was easy to feel at home here and relax. Joseph was easy to reach and fast to respond even though he was in another state with a 3 hour time difference. The only thing I suggest is backing into the driveway if your car is bigger. Janice’s place was amazing! The view was beautiful, we only wished it rained a little less so we could sit outside and enjoy it. Her home was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen had all of the necessary cooking supplies - pots, pants, plates, utensils, etc. she also left some homemade granola and cookies for us- so delicious, thank you, Janice! There were extra blankets and an easy-to-use heating system for each room. Fast hot water! Bainbridge has a dial-a-ride sort of bus system, and the closest spot they could pick us up was at the top of the hill- about a five minute uphill walk. Something to keep in mind if you plan to use public transportation. It’s about a 10 minute drive to town. Driveway was a tad narrow with other vehicles to navigate around, so if you plan to bring more than one car or have a larger vehicle it might be a good idea to give Janice a heads up. I have a Honda CRV and was able to park just fine with ample room. We would stay again!

I loved my stay here, it was very beautiful and peaceful. I would love to go back.

House was gorgeous. The kiddos in our group were thrilled to find a triple bunk bed not shown in photos in the game room. Beds were comfortable and great outdoor space. Kitchen was well stocked. Many bedrooms didn’t have blinds but owners provided eye shades. It’s a bit of a hike down to the beach but trail and stairs are in good condition.

Beautiful, serene, and private location—perfect for a peaceful family getaway. The home was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and our toddlers especially loved the toys. The space felt safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay it was perfect for visiting our son in the Navy. Property was clean and comfortable. We were able to Spend time sitting outside relaxing and visiting. Loved the Note Welcoming us.

This was a very beautiful, out of the way house surrounded by a very quiet friendly community! Very nice weekend we got to enjoy out on a beautiful lake! Everyone was outside enjoying the weather and water and having a great time!

Dave's place was truly amazing! It was so spacious and easily accommodated the 7 of us with plenty of room to spare. Not only was the home beautiful, but the surrounding area was just as beautiful. the beach and boardwalk was great for walks. Dave was very responsive to our questions and needs. He had everything we could have asked for. would absolutely recommend his place and would love to stay here again sometime.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. Your place is elegant, comfortable, and so well thought out. We relaxed. Watched the herons, plunged in the sea at Fay Bainbridge, and took advantage of everything Bainbridge has to offer. I hope to come back! Have a great summer.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

We had a wonderful stay at Ron’s place. We were visiting our son and family and were very close to their home. We had a spectacular view of the sound from the condo. Having a washer/dryer wasn’t something we thought we would need but it ended up coming in handy before we left. Ron responded to our texts very promptly. Would highly recommend Ron’s place to anyone visiting the area.

I can't say enough good about the views and the location of this condo. We were fortunate enough to have clear and dry weather for the majority of our visit and the views of the Olympics and Mt. Ranier were spectacular! The concierge was always friendly and available for recommendations, etc. The parking garage feels secure and the proximity to basic groceries/goods could not be more convenient! Wonderful place to stay!

We just had an amazing time in Robert’s place - made extra special because we could park our car easily there and go absolutely everywhere by foot! The apartment was extremely well equipped, comfortable and Robert was an exceptionally responsive and proactive host. We’ll be back!

Bindu was exceptionally accommodating and gracious during our stay. She responded promptly to every message, helped us better understand the apartment and the surrounding area, and even facilitated an extension over Mother’s Day when our plans changed. The location was perfect! On the waterfront and close to everything. The hosts allowed us to check in early and were very responsive. The condo had everything we needed and was very nicely decorated!

This was my second time staying at this location in Seattle and it was just as wonderful as last time! We did have some issues with the AC Unit but the host was super quick to respond and go out of their way to help us resolve the issue. I hope to continue to stay here every time I visit Seattle.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property in the heart of Seattle. Pike Place Market, with all it has to offer, is a short walk away as is the Seattle Aquarium! Two large bedrooms, a lovey sitting room overlooking the water and a great view of the Olympic Mountains. Our host met us and was thoroughly delightful and left us with a lovely basket of goodies. This is an exceptional rental.

Loved staying at Jeri's place, she is an amazing host, always available, so friendly and funny! Her place is unique and very comfortable -there is a great spa tub i didn't remember being mentioned -could have spent my whole vacay in that tub ! I actually stayed at 2 Airbnb's while in Seattle (the other was not good), would definitely book Jeri's again !
