Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Kentucky

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was nice and clean, new appliances, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children, and a baby. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking items, coffee maker, etc. There were helpful things like a high chair and baby safety items. Thank you for the very comfortable accommodations!!

Good place to stay in and peaceful.

From start to finish my family and I came into town to celebrate our niece’s baby shower, and the space was absolutely amazing. It accommodated our large family and had every amenity from cooking, entertainment, fresh linen and so much more. Seth had amazing correspondence and was swift and very attentive, even personally coming over to take care of a maintenance issue! The space location made it easy as we had to commute to the venue for the baby shower so we had plenty of room to get ready! We will be back in December for UK graduation and we’ll definitely be booking again with Seth for our stay! Cheers!

Everything was perfect! I brought my team for a work trip and only wish we could have spent more time here and less at work. I would have loved to take advantage of the beautiful, large, and equipped kitchen. I also really missed out on air hockey. I will only mention, as a short and pregnant woman, the stairs are quite steep 😅 but that’s no one’s fault. I suppose this just serves as a heads up to anyone else who may be in the same position.

Loved this place for a women’s conference. Lots of parking. Jeremiah was very responsive with any question we had and always friendly. Great space for the 16 of us and comfy beds!! Near the train but it never bothered me nor any of the other ladies… and I’m on the lighter sleeper side.

I have stayed with Airbnb for several years, Karen and Evolve are by far the best hosts I’ve stayed with. They sent local recommendations, checked on us throughout the stay and left a beautiful welcome package for the whole family. The house is clean and spacious. Lots to do for everyone. Lots of attention was paid to the outdoor area, it is well maintained and well stocked! Hosts provided indoor and outdoor games as well as kayaks, life jackets, and plenty of chairs. We would absolutely stay at this property again.

Cutest decor. So unique. Most import thing... the beds were clean and comfortable! Easy access to Cincinati, but Covington was packed with restaurants too.

Great stay, came for the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. The place was exactly as described and clean with all basic amenities. 10 min drive to downtown Cincy, great grocery store a 5 min walk, cafe, distillery, fuel, etc. Quiet neighborhood too.

We stayed at Jeremiah’s place on our wedding night and it was the perfect place to stay! So beautifully decorated inside with historic charm, it was a one of kind! The mansion is beautiful inside and out and the historic neighborhood was super walkable and charming. We would love to stay again and can’t thank Jeremiah enough for opening up his home to us. Great spot for 1-2 people- clean and walkable and safe. One small issue that is really no fault of the host - during my 3 nights there, the shared walls/ceilings with other tenants of the building made for some noisy experiences. I’m not sure, but it seemed like the upstairs people were in a perpetual state of remodeling and vacuuming.

From booking to checkout, our experience was absolutely fantastic. Jeremiah was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything smooth and stress-free. The home itself was spotless, very comfortable, and felt just like home. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, making it perfect for our group. The location was ideal — just a short drive to Great American Ballpark, which was the main reason for our visit. It’s also conveniently located near great restaurants, major highways, and the airport. Overall, a very positive stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

The Pickle Factory is a hidden gem, it's very walkable for everything in Covington and quick walk across the Ohio River to Cincinnati. I plan on returning the next time we come to the area. The room was extremely clean and has everything you need for a few nights stay. I loved the assigned parking and secure main entrance. Plenty of nice restaurants and breweries to walk to. I wouldn't pass this place up if it's available for your trip!

Our stay was amazing!! Cute location with plenty near-by. Clean space, amenities provided. I really appreciated the host being so responsive and accommodating! No complaints at all. I’d love to stay at their properties again.
