Plenty of sleeping area with King and Queen bedrooms and a Bunk room with 5 twin beds. The oversized garage will store a boat or kayaks while you visit. With a pool, hot tub, and putting green there is plenty to do to unwind. Guests return year after year. This property is located on the riverbank. You may encounter bugs while enjoying the outdoors. We conduct regular exterminations to reduce encounters. You will also enjoy the songs of many birds, glow of lightening bugs, and seeing the stars.

Cottage located in the country. Enjoy amazing views from a covered front porch as you rock in comfortable rocking chairs. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and delightful. Memory foam mattresses for wonderful sleep and a kitchen for cooking if desired. Pool is behind owners residence and is shared with owners family and possibly 2 additional people June-Sept. We have recently also installed a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger w/60amps. Cabin House is located at beautiful Lake Cumberland near Monticello, KY. It is located approximately 175 yards from Old Fall Creek boat ramp. This is a Free boat ramp. No dock. If you should need to rent a boat, we are located close to the resorts at Conley Bottom and Beaver Creek. The cabin is known for being clean and comfortable. It is nestled among the trees next to land overseen by the Army Corp of Engineers. The area is always beautiful no matter what season. Come and Enjoy!!

If you are looking to experience lake life, look no further! Our Guest House sits on the beautiful 140 acre Bullock Pen Lake. It's a great place to relax, or enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, paddle boarding and fishing. We have one of the best views of the lake. The Guest House is fully renovated and decorated with relaxation in mind. It has everything you would need for your stay. After all, the lake is where your worries fade and memories are made!
