Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Kenwood

An amazing host, house, and location!

Overall, very nice! My only real issue was the inflexability on the check out end of things. We had to leave a day earlier than planned, through no fault of our own. I tried for a late check out a day earlier (only 3 hours), to save some money of course. The response was, well you are booked until the 20th, so you can stay as long as you want on the 19th. I just felt that there could have been a little compromise, as people sometimes have to change plans due to circumstances beyond their control. Maybe a charge for staying later could have been offered, but I ended up paying for the entire last night without actually staying there. I have had similar situations over the years with other hosts, and they have been more than happy to compromise.

Such a wonderful spot! Had everything we needed and it was so clean! Staying right among the vines was amazing. The beautiful gardens, fire pit and bocce were awesome, so much space on the property. Lastly, it was within 15 minutes of every tasting we went to, even closer to downtown Healdsburg. Such a special little place ☺️

Jenny's place was perfect for our girls trip! The large living space, pool and hot tub were a definite plus for our purpose. The beds were amazing and the house was fully stocked with all necessary items. Jenny was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again for a nice weekend getaway from the Bay Area.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless — it’s clear that it has been exceptionally well cared for, with great attention to detail. Everything we needed was provided. The host was warm, kind, and very responsive to all our questions. This was truly a memorable trip, and we would love to come back again in the future. Perfect spot for younger kids! They had everything we needed to keep our 2 year old busy and feel at home. The beds were also very comfy and soft. Location is close to everything!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We wake up and watch the sunrise while drinking coffee. Have breakfast and watch the hot air balloons in the distance fly over Napa. The location is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Dennis was a generous and friendly host. He greeted us with a basket of fruits from his front garden. If there was anything we needed regarding the unit, he was easily reachable and respond quickly. The unit is clean and well kept. Would stay her again.

We had a lovely stay at the property. The photos on the app are nice, but simply cannot do it justice until you see it for yourself. Did I mention the delightful aroma of wood as it is an actual restored barn (wish for that to last forever). The owner did not miss a thing when it came to providing a welcoming space to stay away from home. The property is vast and you can enjoy a bit of nature and beautiful landscapes. It is near enough to drive to dozens of wonderful restaurants, hiking spots, spas, and wineries. I only had one concern prior to booking that my partner who is 6’3 may bump his head on the low part of the ceilings. Turns out, he was the first to say how cozy and happy he was with the unit. Adding, “Im cautious everywhere and bump my head often” 😹.. We live in the Bay Area and have stayed many places, and this one is a standout. Book your stay! You will be pleased and have lovely photos of sunsets and scenic backgrounds.

We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay! Judy and Tom welcomed us and made sure we had what we needed and offered suggestions on places to go. The unit was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed and was so charming to be in. The location is very convenient to things to do in Napa and to get on route 29 to explore other parts of Napa Valley. It's an ideal spot and we look forward to another visit in the future!

Host is helpful and responsive. The rental is nicely appointed and extremely convenient. The area is lovely and quiet and very walkable.

This is the perfect sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle, nestled against a beautiful backdrop of nature and greenery, and close enough to drive into town or take a walk to a local cafe or bakery. We were 10 minute drive to many wineries and to Sonoma Plaza so it was very convenient. Allen was responsive and made our stay easy and pleasant.

Our stay went well. We ate on the property the first night at Ember steakhouse.I highly recommend it.Check in was easy.We were offered free champagne, and there was a bottle of white wine waiting in the room.The studio has a small kitchenette with a small fridge,microwave,coffee pot &sink. We were able to reheat our leftovers, make coffee in the morning (that was provided), and store our wine in the fridge. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.The only criticism I would have of our particular location on the property was that we were next to the garbage area/receiving area for The Meritage and they were throwing garbage very late& extremely early in the morning,as well as receiving truck deliveries.We could’ve easily remedied that by asking for a room change, but since we were only there at night to sleep,we didn’t have the time in our day to do the change. It wasn’t that big of a deal.I only mentioned it for anyone who wants to make sure they aren’t given a room close that are

Our stay at Lucky Bend Lookout was absolutely a dream. I wish I could stay on the porch overlooking the river (with redwoods right on the property!) forever. Despite the space being somewhat small for 8 adults, it was so well-appointed and with so many bonus outdoor spaces that it didn't feel that way. Sarah went out of her way to ensure we understood the details in the listing and had all the info we'd need in advance. The house was very clean, and well-stocked with the essentials. Nothing super fancy but it very much did the job. Hopefully I can come back sometime in the summer when the dock is installed.

As we entered through the gate, the house and surrounding grounds came into view. There was a collective, "wow!" More wows were to follow as we walked around the house and grounds. Kelly's home is grand, yet intimate. From walls to ceiling, large windows allow light to cascade throughout the house, revealing enticing views of the stunning gardens and majestic redwoods. The feeling inside is wonderfully airy and uplifting. The rooms are generous in size and each has its own personality. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Outside, multiple decks around the house offer visitors an opportunity to find their own private spot and settle in for some serious relaxation. The bocce ball court is full size with a genuine crushed oyster shell base. Our family enjoyed that immensely. Kelly's home is 15 minutes from the spectacular CA coast. A wonderful place to stay, we all felt like we were still just scratching the surface of this beautiful property before we had to depart.

The place was incredibly charming and peaceful. Aggie provided clear instructions in a very helpful guide book that we appreciated. There are a lot of fun activities in the nearby Bodega Bay that we really enjoyed.

Beautiful home, very well maintained and clean. Kitchen had everything you need. Enjoyed having morning coffee and dinner out in the patio, surrounded by trees. Easy walk to downtown. Great restaurants. Got to kayak on the river. We were so relaxed, we extended our stay!! Would definitely come back again!

This was the absolute best Airbnb I have ever stayed in! They had everything we needed and then some! We forgot a charger for our speaker and they had a basket of chargers! They had bath salts, bug protection, games, blankets galore and the list goes on. We thought we were out of propane and I messaged the hosts and they responded immediately apologizing and letting us know where some full tanks were. It was truly an amazing experience for a girls weekend trip where all we wanted to do was read and hang out. We are already talking about going back! We highly recommend staying here!

I went there with two of my kids when my wife and oldest was out of town. We want to go back when they’re in town. The only downside was both kids got bitten up by bugs. Next time I’ll bring more repellent

Caz cabin is truly magical. This was my second time visiting and it was just as incredible! The cabin was so cozy, and the backyard wad enchanting. I never wanted to leave the porch! Can’t wait for my next visit!

This is an excellent Airbnb’s, clearly someone who really loves this space designed and maintains it. I recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place that feels removed but still affords nearby amenities.
