For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The apartment Baltic is centrally located and the ideal retreat for two people. The historic marketplace with its welcoming cafes, restaurants and bars is just a 1-minute walk away. The picturesque Bodden is also within walking distance and invites you to take relaxing walks on the water. The apartment offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: a modern bathroom, a practical kitchenette, a small dining area as well as a cozy sleeping area.
