Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

With us you will find a very nice, individual apartment with its own small garden and a wooden terrace to enjoy the sun, the day and the evening. You have a seperate entrance. We are located in a single-family housing estate on the outskirts of the small town of Barth. Shopping is a 5-minute walk away. Gastronomy is abundant. You can reach the sea in 45 minutes by bike and in 15 minutes by car. Travel time Ferry from the port of Barth to Zingst about 45 minutes.

Quietly located, with terrace and meadow right outside the door. Just a few kilometers by bike or a few minutes by car away is the fine sandy beach of Zingst – ideal for a sea breeze and a break. A refuge between gentle greenery and maritime expanse – perfect for unwinding and taking a deep breath. Our tiny houses are not suitable for children and infants due to their size, spatial conditions and furnishings. The accommodation is designed exclusively for adults.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 square meters and ideally suited for two people plus a toddler.
