On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with three single beds, a main bathroom, and a kitchen with a dining area and a living room, with access to the pool offering a beautiful view of Marsalforn Valley and the town of Marsalforn itself. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, each with a balcony and a sea view. The bed arrangement is as follows: one bedroom with two single beds, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and the last bedroom with two single beds. The house is situated approximately 1.3 km from the main square in Xaghra. Just 250 meters away, there is a grocery store, and the bus stop is about 50 meters further. The distance to Marsalforn Beach is 1.4 km, and to Ramla Beach, it's approximately 2 km.
