Dear guests welcome, if you are eager to escape the city noise, bustle and stress of Robinson vacation is the right thing for you. We are located in the village of Frkanovec, near Čakovec. We are located in an isolated place and offer limited amenities but a special experience of uniting with nature without the luxury of modern life. Cabins (treehouses) do not have a power or water connection. The toilet is an outdoor toilet with a shower connected to water tanks. In the shared kitchen, it is possible to cook and bake.

The villa consists of two buildings - a vacation house with a bedroom on the gallery, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom; and a separate wellness area that contains a Finnish sauna, a massage pool with chromotherapy, a shower system with massage jets and wooden deck chairs for relaxing. Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

The holiday house 'Franc Holiday House' is located in a quiet street in Lopatinec (Međimurje). The house has a private wellness area with a hydromassage bath, a sauna and a starry sky. Guests have access to a spacious terrace with an outdoor kitchen and barbecue. Owners of electric cars can charge their vehicle for free at the charger located next to the house. All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning for cooling and heating as well as underfloor heating. Parking is free.

It is entirely built of natural materials (CLAY, WOOD, ...). Love for creativity and nature can be felt at every step. The evidences are handcrafted "masterpieces" in the earth and around it.

Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.
