You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

During your stay in this spacious apartment, you will relax completely. There is room for 2 cars in the courtyard. In the shared garden is a trampoline and climbing rack. The living room has a TV, and pellet stove. Bathroom has a generous shower. The kitchen has a microwave/oven + dishwasher. The home has a double bed and a double sofa bed with comfortable topper. Ideal for long stays are the washing machine and dryer. There is air conditioning on both floors.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is accessible via an external staircase. There is also a small terrace that can be used. The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

Renovated studio apartment (granny flat) of 22 square meters. There is a large room with dining table, single / double bed, TV and a small furnished kitchenette with coffee machine (pads), toaster, microwave and induction hob. In the hallway is a large closet. The bathroom is fully equipped with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Access to our guest apartment is off the street and leads through our courtyard.
