This is a clean, family friendly ranch house within walking distance to the river, historical town, rodeo grounds and the bike track. The river is so close you can hear the running water. Enjoy the backyard Adirondack chairs (with a propane fire pit/table) to start your day or to 'wine' down and enjoy the river sounds.
