Although we had issues with the cleanliness of the home, Lindsay was responsive and made the issue right. She was very kind and an easy host. The water across the street was just as described in the pics. It was a lovely river to relax on and very private.

Rooms with a View! Incredible views off the deck of this 2 bedroom house...in fact I wanted to just stay out there all the time! It was gorgeous! Very private home at the top of the hill country, with views as far as you could see. Simply breathtaking and relaxing!! The rooms were all exactly as described...and all were clean and in perfect condition. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook, and had fantastic stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. It's a beautiful space that pulls the whole living room and kitchen into one, and with the patio and the view, it makes it seem even bigger!! We loved the deck...and I would definitely love to come back here. The instructions on how to enter thru the gate were very helpful and specific, and it made it easy to get in and enter the home. Close to Comfort, and not far at all into Fredericksburg. You will love this place if you go!!

We had an amazing time at this house in Kerrville. The photographs of this house just don’t do it justice - It’s even better in person. The location is 10 minutes max from town and has the most lovely views from the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals from scratch- probably the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever had in a vacation rental. The beds are very comfortable. The living space was roomy and had such interesting artwork. The back porch was a delight to sit out on any time of day. The pool was a little chilly the weekend we were there but that’s just because a big storm system had gone through the night before. We still had a fun afternoon in the pool. If you are not there in the height of summer and want to swim, you might want to consider paying to heat the pool- but remember that you need to do that in advance. We would highly recommend this rental home and hope to return.

This is a nice place in a quiet subdivision with quick and easy access to everything you want to visit in Kerrville. The house was clean, well equipped and the entry system was secure and easy to use. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here for our future visits.

The host was accommodating, responsive, and flexible. It was easy to contact Melissa, she was very sweet and reliable. Enjoyed the place, was well equipped for our needs. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Any concerns were addressed and handled professionally and respectfully. I would recommend renting this beautiful abode.

This home was perfect for our family of 4! The home was very clean and just like the pictures. We were minutes away from Jellystone water park where we spent the day. The home was also stocked with everything we could have needed for a comfortable stay! Will definitely come back if in town again!

We had such a wonderful time we didn’t want to leave! The host was kind enough to provide some groceries for breakfast stocked in the fridge. The place was really well decorated to feel like an authentic Cowboy/cowgirl residence. I was impressed with the details! The bad was super comfy to sleep in as well. We enjoyed just walking around the property and saying hello to the longhorns too. The stars lit up the sky at night and was unbelievably beautiful!! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

This is the perfect place for us for our extended stay!

Book this place! This property is made up of Wyndham vacation villas perched at the top of a hill with amazing views. The property is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, and customer service is excellent. There are several lakes on property for fishing and a beautiful pool for swimming. There are limited pictures on this site but many more if you go to the Wyndham site directly. This is a perfect getaway for those looking to leave the business of the city to get out to a more remote place. 20 minute drive from several public spots on the Guadalupe River. There were a couple issues with my reservation but the host took care of them quickly. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

We came in town for a quick overnight. Erin’s place was perfect - cozy, well stocked, and clean! Would definitely stay again.

Clean and cozy! A perfect getaway for a quiet escape in the Texas hill country. The small apartment is perfect for two people, and the bed was very comfortable. Would do it again!

I brought my grandson from out west for a golf tournament. We prefer a tranquil setting and modern accommodations over the hustle and bustle of a hotel packed with other tournament golfers. The setting is beautiful the property is nice and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend the presidential suite we stayed in. Very nice with beautiful views, and just a short drive from Kerrville. The resort itself has lots of amenities for just hanging around and relaxing.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

My family enjoyed this Hilltop resirt. so mu h to do amd beautiful surrounding countryside. The resort does have private river access but it's wasn't a place we got in the river. Lots of wildlife in the area. With the resort on top of a hill it does take 20-30 minutes to get to a from town so be prepared before arriving. There is an area for stargazing that was absolutely beautiful. The amenities are endless the pool was sparkling clean, hot tub was hot! closes at 10PM and there are resort rules like no alcohol or smoking no floatation devices or balls. That did not stop us from enjoying our stay. So many deer in the front yard and all around the resort. just beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 from us.

We had a great time! The unit was very clean, and staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. The only bit of confusion that we had was that we weren’t renting a specific unit. This is a timeshare, so you are assigned a unit at check-in. The pictures are stock pictures. Overall, we had a wonderful time and were very happy with the accommodations!

Check in was long. One lady at the side desk (not the check in lady, she was great) got annoyed that I booked the room through Airbnb. She tried to say that because I booked my room via Airbnb it was kicking her other guests out of their rooms. I was very confused and didn’t see how that could possibly be my problem and why she would even tell me. The room itself is nice and very clean. The WiFi didn’t work. I had to purchase the WiFi myself each day of my stay because they didn’t have a username that worked. Not a big deal but annoying. There is zero cell service with ATT. The room has a musky smell but you do get used to it after being in the room a bit. I didn’t realize there were multiple units in the property and there are noises from the people upstairs. It’s not terrible but hopefully they will go to bed soon. Very “corporate” feel. Fantastic place to eat near by was grape juice. Shrimp tacos were amazing! The mornings are nice here. A/C works great. Gym and pool is nice.

The location was exactly as described and conveniently located for our purpose. The condo was very clean and modern. Overall, we were very pleased with the total package.
