Den gamle skole i Viby er en charmerende bygning fra 1940. Den ligger i rolige og landlige omgivelser, tæt på Kerteminde, strand, gode cykelruter og en hyggelig café. Boligen er ikke opvarmet om sommeren, da det ikke er nødvendigt. Solpaneler og el varmer vandet i hanerne op. Vi bor 7 km fra den gamle hyggelige købstad Kerteminde med golfbane og spa Great Northern. Huset rummer 3 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser, køkken og 2 stuer. Vi har også en solrig terrasse. Til oplysning har vi også kat.
