Great weekend spent in this little house. There is everything you need and the terrace with the BBQ is large for 2 people! Functional kitchen, small bathroom but with a good shower! 5 min walk to the beach with the bakery, the convenience store, a creperie and a pub bar🍻. From the beach you can take a very long walk along the coast! I recommend it to all couples.

What can I say! Stephanie & Phillipes lodge is just perfect, well situated just 2 mins walk from the town centre and great restaurants. The lodge is very clean and has everything you would want. The pool is fabulous and cleaned and prepared every day by Phillipe. Stephanie and Phillipe are the perfect hosts, very responsive and very friendly. We cannot get over how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot recommend this place enough. It is perfect

This cottage is beautifully and absolutely quietly located on a property of about 8 ha. The owners are on site and always helpful and friendly. We felt comfortable there right from the start and had a great time.

Excellent stay at Nicolas's. Responsive and accommodating host. The proximity to Pont Aven is a big plus. The indoor pool and jacuzzi are very nice. Well-maintained garden. House very well equipped with dishes and clean. We would come back without hesitating!

From the time of booking the accommodation, Ludivine lived up to our expectations: very responsive, available, kind and very accommodating (very flexible check-out time, we were able to enjoy the house all Sunday afternoon). We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

House in a quiet and peaceful place 15 minutes from the beaches. We had a great time with friends and our dog. Stephanie is a very kind host and very easy to communicate with. I recommend it to discover the beautiful region of Etel and Port Louis as well as Morbihan.

A little corner of paradise immersed in a very rich nature, ideal for observing terns and other birds of the area! This very pleasant house, with large volumes, allows you to spend a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting thanks to its breathtaking view in each room. A very cozy stay, summer and winter, open to a garden rich in biodiversity. We were delighted to meet Tiphanie, a charming and available person! The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious and very clean. The instructions are very clear in terms of equipment. Tiphanie put us at ease right away with her joy in welcoming us! She advised us on a lot of places to visit or walk. The location of the house is well located in relation to the places to visit. The best, we were really happy in every way with the place and the host. I would highly recommend it!

Perfect accommodation, with views from the kitchen, the bedroom and the terrace on the Ria d 'Etel. Direct access to the garden on the coastal path for beautiful walks or running. The Accommodation is lovely.

Small, fine accommodation with modern, very well-equipped kitchen and beautiful garden. It is located at a sufficient distance from the tourist centers for a really quiet holiday and yet everything can be reached quickly by car. We felt very comfortable there. Thanks to Damien's instructions, which arrived before arrival, the cottage was easy to find. He answered questions promptly.
