Sunrise Chalet with the beach two mins away

Take a break and enjoy the vast unspoilt beach in Kessingland with amazing Sunrises and Sunsets 🌅. The beach is only a few hundred yards from the property , with a local fish and chip shop with an indoor seating area . Also a quirky shop where you can gets local gifts or a pint of milk etc ,and further down the road is a dog friendly pub with sea views and live music on some Sunday afternoons,and also a lovely fish restaurant which requires booking in advance. Also a local car boot on Sunday.

For families you have Africa Alive, Pleasure Wood Hills and beautiful beaches like Kessingland and Southwold. For quieter days out there is Snape Maltings, Minsmere and quiet towns like Beccles. But for us, the icing on the cake is the beach which is a stones throw away, tucked behind the chalet. We aim to give you the home from home chalet. 10% off a week stay.

No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

The Annex is nestled in the woods conveniently located for the broads, Beccles, Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Our closest beach, Gorleston is a 10 minute drive away. In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.

We would like to welcome you to The Folly, your cosy woodland retreat away from the stresses and strain of modern life. There's plenty to see and do with access on foot to the local woodland and beach walks.
