Exclusive 3 bedroom detached home with garden
Situated in the lovely village of Portinscale this warm detached family home provides everything you might want to enjoy a stay in the Lake District. We are situated 5 minutes walk from Derwent Water and the Nicol End Marina for kayaking and water activities. Portinscale has a pub that serves food and a cafe. Our favourite eating places nearby are Swinside Inn and the Ivy Restaurant in Braithwaite. Keswick is a mere 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk for eating out, shopping and outdoor sports.

This is a delightful holiday house, located in a very peaceful part of Keswick. Private off street parking for two cars. A very pretty garden to relax in , enjoy a bbq or two. The house is so welcoming , lovely front sitting room with smart TV and views up to the fells. Large dining room with sitting for 6, doors lead onto the patio, garden area. A super well equipped kitchen. Upstairs three pretty bedrooms with very comfy beds. A small but perfect bathroom with shower, loo and sink.
