Our 1800's homestead was a stop on the Underground Railroad & a land grant to a Revolutionary War Veteran. The cottage is surrounded on 2 sides with a deck that overlooks the pond and the bike trail. Within 15 minutes of Yellow Springs and Cedarville and thirty minutes of Dayton, Wilmington and Springfield.

Upstairs in the Ville - 2 bedroom apartment

Tucked upstairs in this century old home is a peaceful 2 bedroom apartment to relax, unwind and enjoy a bit of get away . Your apartment will have a private entrance and on street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the firepit and outside eating on the shared deck. Nearby is CedarCliff Falls where beautiful waterfalls and hiking await you; a paved bikepath stretches for miles in both directions and three blocks from Cedarville University. We hope that your stay will refresh and revive you!

Historic South Park and a short walk to the convention center, Levitt pavilion, the Oregon District, UD, and Miami Valley Hospital. Neighborhood is safe and quiet with quick access to all major hwys (WPAFB is~15 mins). Walkable restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and bars close by. The Flyer(a free bus service and a short walk away(~4mins)) will take you to UD/downtown in lieu of walking. Extra steps taken to clean/sanitize. Unique access code provided for check in when property is ready.

Located close to local attractions: Downtown Springfield, Urbana and Yellow Springs; close proximity to Buck Creek State park and reservoir, George Rogers Park and the Fair at New Boston and Rock climbing at the Mad River Gorge. Located minutes from the Little Miami Bike trail network and canoe liveries on the Mad River.

The Wright Place B

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
