COUNTRY HOUSE IN BERLIN BACON BELT

You live in a converted stable building with a living area of 115 sqm on our lovingly renovated three-sided courtyard. Our small village is located in the beautiful Brandenburg Havelland, just outside the gates of Berlin. We are just a 30-minute drive from the city centre of Berlin's Spandau district. Very close to us is the designer outlet center, Karls Elebnisdorf, the Elebnispark Paaren- Glien, the golf course Kallin and also the Havelland cycle path crosses our village.

Small and colorful

The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. So we still live downstairs with the same furniture as my great-grandparents.

I offer you my small apartment in a semi-detached house in quiet Nauen. The apartment is located in the attic, about 900 m from Nauen train station. Berlin BhfZoo can be reached quickly (25 min). The Havel region with its historic towns and numerous waterways is particularly inviting for hiking and cycling. A garage is available for motorcyclists. Historical gem w/character

As a professional violinist, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish Baroque elements from the origins of the house are combined with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to preserve as much of the original substance as possible. Warning for large adults: A low ceiling beam from 1775 crosses the room.
