Holiday rentals with a patio in Khem Beach

Spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view. Everything was exactly as described on Airbnb. Convenient location near attractions. 🫶 The host was lovely and very attentive. The apartment is centrally located, making it easy to get around. Worth every penny! 🙏🏻

newly built place, though needs finer touch up from the builder such as painting and grouting from the tiles. beautiful surroundings and easy access to local attractions. host is very responsive and helpful. For such a nice area, the place needs sound proofing. We can hear every car passed by from the roads. We would have loved to hear the ocean waves instead of outside traffic.

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Ms. Hien’s apartment located right in the heart of Sunset Town, Phu Quoc. The location was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily walk around and explore the entire area, from checking in at the famous Kiss Bridge to enjoying the Kiss the Stars show. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with two separated bedrooms that offered both privacy and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Ms. Hien was very friendly and attentive, giving clear instructions and kindly accommodating our request for early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with a very reasonable price, and we sincerely thank Ms. Hien for her thoughtful hospitality. We would definitely love to return and highly recommend this place to others.

Location is quite far but near few attraction

Very nice and responsive host. The stay has the best view of Sunset Town! Very satisfied with our stay.

房间很干净，我甚至以为是刚装修的，日用品也齐全。离海边很近，500米不到就是海边，每天去游泳回来真的是很方便，离机场大约15分钟左右的车程。下次有机会再回来，还会继续住这里。

Hello everyone! If you’re looking for a fabulous place to stay for cheap with a view like no other this is the place to go. If you’re looking for wonderful service easily check in then you’re in for one hell if a ride. I waited an hour in a half after finally getting in with nobody helping nor speaking English. There was nobody at the front desk for check in so be aware that you have to check in yourself. He should change that in his description.. just know when you get the pictures to use the key fob and not the key card to check into the 1st door. And use the key card to use for the elevators and entrances. Other than that enjoy this place! It’s clean and all you may ever ask for in a vacation! (: thank you all! For reading and enjoy it!

很好的一次住宿体验！ ❤️房子跟照片一摸一样，性价比高！ ❤️房子干净，泳池很美妙的享用了几天，所需的设备应有尽有！ ❤️房子地段很优秀！出门就有便利店跟夜市（ps：经过测评确认，隔壁的夜市物价会虚高，购物及夜宵建议往市区走走） ❤️交流很顺畅，热心！从抵达前房东就会咨询及沟通安排接送机，这次接送机的司机是Thinh，很专业跟及时！ 总的来说，这个房子为我们这趟旅行画下了很浓墨重彩的一笔！是一次很难忘的经历，推荐大家来👍

This is a family run business that works very hard to make sure you are satisfied. The landscaping is incredible and they have a kitchen that you can use to make your own food. The daughter is an excellent chef and will cook for you if requested.. There are mopeds for rent , and every day you are asked if you would like your room cleaned and I like that. Do not hesitate to stay here.

我們一行10人，住宿了四個晚上，非常好的住宿體驗，其中一天我們在別墅內，請管家幫我們安排了額外的廚師煮食晚餐，廚師煮食非常之好吃，是我在富國島吃過最好的一餐，如果在這裏住宿，必須要體驗這個服務，直接聯絡房東就可以。 這是我住過最好的民宿，房東在很夜也回覆我們，感受到被重視的感覺，而且很適合朋友聚會，玩到很夜，也沒有問題，周圍沒有民居，也不怕嘈吵。 謝謝房東的招待，下次再到富國島必定會再次選擇。

Love all the wood! Bedrooms had comfy beds with nice space. They installed instant water heaters for us and the hot water is good, but not a lot of pressure so don’t expect a tons of water flow. Lots of dishes and cooking stuff for long stays. Keep all the doors and windows closed if you don’t want mosquitos as they are pretty heavy surrounding the house. There will be people coming onto the property to take care of the garden and security so be aware of that. Host was very attentive to everything we needed and very polite and kind. 🙏🙏🙏

Wir (3 Erwachsene und ein Kind) haben eine Woche in einem Bungalow mit Küche verbracht. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Mopeds können direkt vor Ort gemietet werden, Wasser und Bier ebenfalls sehr günstig vor Ort. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Peaceful and great place

Tam is very kind and a great host. The rooms were great and the little pool was nice too. We even rented a couple of scooters from our host which made life easy. Would recommend this place, it was a very good base.

I don’t even know where to start, it was my first time in Vietnam and it was AMAZING!! All thanks to Thi Mo! She was proactive and extremely accommodating!! Made us feel just at home! The place is amazing we had a whole house to ourselves, garage, kitchen, washer, WiFi, living room and an elevator! It has a bunch of places to eat all walking distance, beach access and a pool! There’s also a night market around the corner. We will definitely go back to Phu Quoc and we will stay here again, 100% worth it!!

The place was very clean and neat. No clutter and good decent bathroom. Amenities provided were as mentioned in the listing. The view is amazing. Great spot to watch the 9pm Kiss of the Sea fireworks and waterworks show both from the balcony and bedroom. They had a built-in cloth hangar in the balcony which was very helpful along with the washer that was in the unit. They provided only body wash and shampoo. Bring conditioner for the warm weather if you are staying here. They have 24 x 7 marts on the ground floor of the building. Food options are limited in May. Unsure how it is in peak season. The Night Bazaar has decent options. Commuting is a challenge if you do not rent a bike/car. Walkable distance to kiss of the sea show, kissing bridge, symphony of the sea, but you must be good at walking and hiking stairs.

Хозяин шикарный, всегда на месте (в этом же здании). Седьмой этаж, вид с балкона — то, по чему, по большей части и выбирал. Видно ежевечернее лазерное шоу и фейерверк (и, к сожалению, слышно тоже, так как там ещё и в течение дня репетиции постоянно устраивают, за 5 дней, что я был мог уже наизусть выучить :). Саму сцену, впрочем, не видно. GrabFood доставка в том районе не работает, так что еду нужно ходить искать ногами. Рестораны на берегу готовят хорошо, но сервис так себе, цены европейские. Есть, впрочем, небольшие и недорогие местные рестики, а при наличии транспорта можно и проехаться за едой. Канатная дорога в 5 минутах пешком. Может это сезон такой, но в январе народу прям очень мало (что плюс, как по мне). В описании присутствует «стиральная машина», но по факту отсутствует, предлагают забрать/увезти/постирать/вернуть. Я как-то свои носки-трусы привык сам стирать, так что данной услугой не пользовался. :) В холодильнике присутствовал welcome drink: вода, кола, пиво, free.

일단 방구석1열로 불꽃놀이를 발코니에서 볼수 있어서 프라이빗했어요! 아이들을 데리고 간 여행이라 나가서 보기는 힘들었거든요:) 거실이 없다는 점을 도착해서 알아서 좀 놀라긴했지만, 넷플, 유튜브도 티비로 가능해서 아이들이 좋아했어요 모든게 좋았지만 수압이 많이 낮아 샤워하는데 불편했어요!

The studio has an amazing view of the ocean and daily fireworks. It’s also a walking distance from the cable car station and the night market. There’s a big supermarket about 15 minutes walk, i would recommend making easy homemade meals at home since the restaurants in Sunset town are quite pricey

Wonderful stay. Great apartment and a great host. Phu Quoc is beautiful and we will definitely come back. See you next time ✌️
