Nattavut was really friendly and helped communicate to the taxi driver on how to reach the accommodation. He was there to greet us on arrival and proceeded to brief us on the various aspects of the house. Currently, the location is a little less convenient as the planned BTS train station near the accommodation has not yet been completed but that's easily solved by taking either a motorbike taxi or normal taxi to the next closest BTS or Metro station. The neighbourhood is very quiet as its a guarded and gated residence and some nice authentic Thai street food can be found around the accommodation.

Wonderful two nights stay, Narong was quite knowledgable and gave us a few very nice hints.

The Perfect authentical thaï homestay. The owner, a local tour guide, showed us all the good places in the neigborhood, took us to the market and even wanted to take us on a touk touk tour of the city. We will be back ASAP.

Great apartment. Very cozy and comfortable for longer stay. Very helpful and communicative host. There is a the working desk if you need it. A bit far from the city center, but for that price it's a great value.

장기숙박에 최적인 장소. 모든것이 갖춰져있다. 바로앞이 백화점이기 때문에 생활하기에 전혀 불편함이 없다. 맛있는 푸드코드, 많은 음식점, 큰마트, 헬스장, 편의점 모든것이 바로앞에 있다. bts까지 도보 1분이며, 콘도앞 매일밤 작은 야시장이 있다. 콘도뒷편에는 맛있는 스테이크집과 24시간 편의점이 있다. 시내중심부까지는 조금 멀지만, 외곽에서 생활하기를 원하는 여행자에겐 아주 좋은 숙소이다.

Our second time at Morgan place. Still awesome! Live this place, the bed is amazing sleep so good. Very clean, bot shower, great pool. Near a market 2 minutes walk. Great food at night and 5 minuts to central. 7/11 Morgan is an very great and awesome host.

Usa was a very responsive host, she replied almost instantly to most inquiries. Her place is located close by to a really nice mall, about 11 minutes walking distance. If you forget to get a toothbrush, towel, don’t worry she’s got you covered. She also had a case of water kept for us. We had a really good stay, def recommend.

W mieszkaniu przebywałem około 1,5 miesiąca i mogę powiedzieć, że to był bardzo dobry wybór. Dobra lokalizacja (BTS Pink Line prawie przy samym budynku, wystarczy przejść kilka kroków przez ulicę), stabilny szybki internet, ładne wygodne mieszkanie z balkonem oraz darmowy parking dla gości. Przyjemna okolica - niedaleko pralnia, centrum handlowe. Polecam :)

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.

Only lack of one star for accuracy because the place is a little smaller than expected , but everything else is great . Laundry and convenience store right downstairs within the building . Shopping mall and sooo many convenience stores right within walking distance . Love the fully equipped kitchen . Ommi herself was extremely helpful with everything we needed for the stay and even after the stay . 10/10 recommend ! Especially for long term stay !
