Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Khlong Luang District

Good spot. It’s about 100 baht by Bolt to Mochit Station. There’s a Makro and Lotus’s up the street to grab travel supplies. BK, KFC and Subway at the end of the street and lots of noodle carts and small shops as well as a couple fair sized restaurants around.

This place deserves more than 5 stars but is not possible in AirBnb, if you are a content creator, digital nomad or work remotely, THIS IS YOUR PLACE. Tony leave you in the condo a full setup to work, every amenity in the building is simply amazing. So accesible in every aspect I really recommend this place. And Tony by the way was the best host ever for my first stay in Thailand, very servicial and predisposed to all my needs

perfect place for long-term state

Good location, walkable only 10 minutes to BTS, the owner is very kind and friendly.

the apartment is ok, a bit noisy at night as wall and window are small and it's close to a big road. it's likely more to just have a sleeping place at night if you go outside everyday. if you stay in the room all day it might be very noisy. overally it did what it was supposed to do so I liked it

Good memories that my life will never forget.

Mr Sirichai is a professor at Bangkok University and has his own photography studio. Here you can often meet many artists who are his friends and students. I reckon he is quite familiar with Bangkok, and can always arrange vehicles, tour guides, shopping, dining and massages for me. It is said that courses in latte art, photography and indigo will be provided in the future. That is what I really looking forward to come again.

Near golf course and big size

The place was nice and quiet. It's located in a gated community right next to a golf course. Check-in process was easy. Everything in the house was functional. Air con, WIFI were working perfectly. The host even had a few snacks on the dinning room table to welcome us, a nice touch! living room was big enough for 2 of us and a big dog. The surrounding area is great with a lot of open spaces. It's a comfy house to stay for a weekend. We had a car with us so getting around was no problem. Overall, if you want a quiet weekend getaway with a relaxing place to just hang out and chill, this place is for you.

Nous avons très apprécié le logement mis à disposition par Jaja á Bang pa in. Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer Jaja ,en voyage en Europe, mais elle a tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. Nous étions en lien par internet et pouvions lui faire part de nos interrogations. La première arrivée par le ferry est surprenante puis l’on s’habitue vite à faire la traversée en barge et on en redemande. Pouvoir observer la vie du fleuve de sa terrasse est fascinant. La nourriture proposée en supplément est délicieuse et gentiment servie. Nous repartons avec de belles images. Merci.

Yummy and her mom surely are great hosts. The lovely house located in a very quiet neighborhood and safe. Thanks a lot for Yummy's mom to cook for me and invite me to join her for dinner at home. We had lovely chat ( body language mostly), but we managed to understand each other very well and I loved her accompany. Thank you all for the pretty gift. :)

My other airbnb canceled on my flight TO BANGKOK and when i arrived and rebooked the host was super quick to respond and very helpful. whole place was clean but we did have a gecko friend show up briefly (not bothersome, just a jumpscare in the hallway). aircon was fab and the place had a ton of silverware and bathrooms all had showers which made showering after songkran fast and easy. only wish the place had a dryer but that’s not common outside the US so it’s understandable.

Let me start with the location, 10mins to Don Meung airport which was the biggest advantage for us. Friendly neighborhood, people around very helpful and friendly. 5mins walk to food market (excellent choices of local foods), 5mins walk to 7-11, local stores, self service laundry which for me, excellent. Then property, very clean, very spacious rooms, access to rooms were secured with digital door locks. Next, property owner/host. Very knowledgeable and very friendly host. Sasipat (host) was very helpful and very attentive to all our requests. She even send us suggestion the best places to visit around Bangkok. We went there during Songkran Festival and Sasipat even helped us to suggest best place to party (she was answering to our messages immediately even in midnight). Overall experience, 10/10.

Benny is such a wonderful and helpful host! I really enjoyed staying here. The house looked bigger than the pictures and it is well equipped. The pool is very well maintained and high quality. There are shops nearby in walking distance. I highly recommend Benny's place!

Benny was outstanding and very helpful. The pool which I used twice during my 5 days was great. Great views especially at night. I used the kitchen everything fine there. Air Con strong. Room nicely decorated but room to do some work on laptop and convivence stores and 7-11 across the street. Overall, very nice stay in a Thai part of Bangkok next to River. Purple line to go to downtown like ICONSIAM shopping center and see some fantastic shops and sites downtown. Or just refer to the board on the wall in your room that Benny has showing top Bangkok events and how to go. I have a very nice stay and would stay here again. Great service, clean safe place larger than I thought and great views good amenities.

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

Benny's place has everything we wanted. Being near Tonsak market is really a big big plus. It makes things very convenient for us. Furthermore, Benny is a friendly and helpful host, who listened to our issues and reponded reasonably. All in all, the stay was wonderful.

I have had the pleasure of staying with Benny twice! He is EXCEPTIONAL!! I can’t say enough amazing things about him, the property and the location! The market and 7/11 are so convenient! Train is a very short walk and there are so many things to do in the area. Benny is AMAZING at giving recommendations on where to go and what to do. He called and made reservations for me at the gym and a rooftop restaurant which was tremendously helpful! Everywhere he recommended I was welcome with open arms. I got sick with a cold while there and not only did he go out of his way to make sure I was ok but also took time out his day to bring me a purifier! He went above and beyond a typical host and I am truly grateful! If I ever return I will be using one of his many properties. In fact, he rearranged things to extend my stay the first time which he didn’t have to do. Benny is a wonderful host and his property is amazing! He is beyond a SUPERHOST! My advice is to book with Benny!
