The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture. There are 4 bedrooms (all beds are king size), size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus an entertainment room (two arcade machines + one foosball table), a 12m x 3m swimming pool, an electric entrance gate, sea and garden views, a cascading fountain view, and an electric canopy throughout the house. The living room is equipped with an 85-inch curved LCD TV, and the bedroom near the pool is equipped with an 85-inch LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open-flame stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a double-door refrigerator. It has everything you need. There is a private parking space in the garden of the villa. Two bedrooms have separate bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and have separate balconies. There is also a 20-square-meter balcony with a sea view. The villa provides disposable slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush, razor, shower gel, shampoo, free snacks, small cakes, mineral water, coffee, and tea on the day of check-in. Cleaning is done every two days (excluding changing bed sheets), and bath towels and towels are changed during cleaning.
