By motorbike or dudu car, it is 5 minutes to Jungceylon Mall and 8 minutes to Patong Beach or Bangla Bar Street. The villa has 3 floors and a total area of about 750 square meters. The entire house is furnished with Italian imported furniture. There are 4 bedrooms (all beds are king size), size), three bathrooms and one toilet, three balconies plus an entertainment room (two arcade machines + one foosball table), a 12m x 3m swimming pool, an electric entrance gate, sea and garden views, a cascading fountain view, and an electric canopy throughout the house. The living room is equipped with an 85-inch curved LCD TV, and the bedroom near the pool is equipped with an 85-inch LCD TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an open-flame stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a double-door refrigerator. It has everything you need.
