Cottage holiday rentals in Kiawah Island

We had the most amazing time. The property is beautiful and just as described. My kids loved having the pool to swim in every day when they tired of the beach. Would def return again!

This is indeed the cutest little cottage by the sea! Michael and team were super responsive and proactive with lots of recommendations. The cottage is beautifully furnished and appointed and was spotless and clean upon arrival. Very easy walk to the beach and it was nice to have the Sweetgrass Inn across the street to grab drinks and food. Perfect spot for three adults and two kids. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful cottage! Plenty of space, well laid out. VERY conveniently located for walking to the beach. What's more, the beach access is away from the larger public areas so it's not super crowded. A pool is also conveniently located. The whole resort area is very walkable / bikeable (as are large chunks of the island). Charles was easy to work with and responsive.

The house is cute and classy. I absolutely loved it. It had charm and a perfect homey feel for your home away from home. Trish is absolutely amazing, super quick with her replies and so nice. The neighborhood is quiet, cute and full of amenities. I didn't want to leave!

We loved Lil Pearl! The cottage was comfy, cute, and just a shady walk (or rented bike ride) to both beach and restaurants. Teresa was communicative and friendly and made us feel right at home. A fully screened-in porch would have been the cherry on top for us, but the screen curtains around the outdoor seating area are probably 100% fine for most folks (the mosquitoes really seem to like us!). Definitely recommend this lovely cottage on all fronts. Thanks, Teresa!

Great setting, plenty of parking, spacious and charming space, clean bathrooms and kitchen, very responsive and friendly hosts, close to bike paths and a 10 min bike ride to the Sonesta resort. Loved sitting on the back deck/porch in the mornings. Great stay and would stay again!

Everything was exactly as described and you can’t find a better or more responsive host than Natalie. Natalie is a local and knows the area well and very responsive. The beach access, beach supplies, the outdoor shower, and the views were great and just as described. Excellent A/C in the house, which was tested and much appreciated during especially muggy Southern days. We especially appreciate Natalie’s personal suggestions that led us to Bert’s, which is the best and most unique local market anywhere, and her recommendation for the friendly, competitive pickleball games just down the street.

This has been a wonderful cabin to stay in. The beautiful surroundings of the farm and the beautiful animals. I was made to feel right at home. I would definitely stay again.

Alyssa is a wonderful host! This bungalow is so charming with the two porches and is larger than it appears in photos. It's very comfortable clean and cozy! Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a week long stay! Thank you!

Jennifer was one of the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had—and that’s truly saying something. We're currently road-tripping across the country with our pup, and she went out of her way to help us find an excellent doggie daycare. Thanks to her info we were able to spend the day kayaking and enjoying some amazing oysters. Her place was not only cozy and comfy but also perfectly located for enjoying outdoor adventures and exploring downtown. We’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

My wife and I needed a small place to stay that was close to the beach, close to center street, and close to my wife's family. Classic Folly Cottage was exactly what we needed! After driving down from WV, we parked my truck and didn't use it again until we left for home. The cottage was located perfectly in the middle of our needs and everything was easy to walk to. 10/10 we loved that little cottage!

The location of this house is top notch! Minutes from the beach. We visited multiple times a day! The house is cute and has everything you need! Rob is very communicative and a great host. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay!

Saltwater Zen was a little peace of heaven! What a great getaway for my husband and I . The view was beautiful! The house was nicely decorated and welcoming . They had all the essentials you would need . Definitely need a golf cart as it is the basic mode of transportation around the island! We will definitely be back !

Lyndy’s place was great. My fiance and I stayed for three nights while we checked out the Summerville and Charleston area to hopefully relocate. Lyndy and her husband were kind, responsive, and helpful. The cottage was well equipped with everything you would need and very clean. The location is just blocks away from downtown Summerville if you like to take walks and avoid having to drive. We were able to get to Downtown Charleston and Folly beach in under an hour. If ever needed, we would absolutely stay at Lyndy’s cottage again. If you plan to sip some coffee on the patio, pack some bug spray! Overall, fantastic visit.

The best thing about the house for us was proximity to the beach. It is one block from the entrance to Burke’s Beach. Beach chairs do not come with the home but rentals are available on the beach. The home was very clean and some basic pantry amenities were available on arrival. The front porch is great for morning coffee, book reading, or family dinner. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay to experience low country. Great location with a million dollar view. The accommodations were above expectations and we could have stayed much longer.

The cottage was perfect for the 3 of us. Had everything we needed. Patrick even put an umbrella by our door when we had rain. Very quiet 10 min drive to anything we did.
