Dimitris was extremely helpful , he provided clear info and was always quick to answer any doubts. The apt is simple , nothing fancy but with everything you may need. The neighborhood is quiet residential area, not in the city centre but within walking distance to Maroussi lively center, and the station of the metro , from where you can easily reach all other city locations and the connection to the train for the airport

Very cozy and comfortable accommodation. Convenient location. Everything you need is within 7-15 minutes walk. Quiet and peaceful place. Large veranda. Cleanliness and everything you need. The owner Marietta is a talented artist. Her paintings decorate the house.

Markos was the best host. He met us at the home and explained everything in great detail. His home was impeccably clean. All the positive reviews were the reason we selected this place and am happy that I get to leave a positive review as well. There was nothing we needed as everything was available to us. The home was very cool as there are large windows throughout with a beautiful cross breeze and lots of balcony space (three balconies). We also chose this place because the neighborhood was better than what you will find in downtown Athens with all the busy traffic and commotion. This area is quiet, walkable to everything you need, and a great spot for a family. My daughter played in the local playgrounds and enjoyed the farmers market they put on Fridays. If you come across this and are looking to choose between this place and others, choose this place without hesitation. We will stay here again.

Our stay was great! The hosts were excellent and always responsive. The location was really close to the metro station and close to restuarants and several super markets. We appreciated that the hosts were flexible and allowed is to check-in early. We had a ton of luggage and it would be hard to carry around. We highly recommend and would stay again!

Dionisis’ place was very central for tourists in Athens. It was a 10-15 minute walk to many attractions, and sub 30 minute transit/walk from everything else. It is a great apartment with an amazing terrace, and Dionisis makes sure everything is smooth for your stay. I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Maria’s for about a week and enjoyed our stay! It was fairly close (7min) walk to the metro and one or two stops away from all of the attractions. Very peaceful and quiet location, with lots of space and nice balcony to enjoy a different view of Athens.

Immaculate space. A small apartment that with very beautiful taste and passion has been converted into a top choice. Gorgeous in decor, it offers all the facilities and fully equipped. The whole apartment is spotless, bathroom perfect , kitchen with everything needed,living room cozy with super decor, bedroom with very good mattress , impressed me as soon as I lay that the linens smelled like conditioner . Mrs. Vana flawless . Information for check-in and anything else was needed. I highly recommend it, I will definitely visit it again.

We stayed there for 1 night before we caught our flight back home. A really beautiful well equipped apartment with everything you would possibly need. The apartment was clean tidy and easily accessible. Totally worth the money. Marilena is an excellent host! Very responsive and helpful. It is located in a lovely peaceful and safe area that is 10 minutes walk to the Agora, so close by to all the action of Athens. There is a fantastic baker 20 seconds from the apartment and also a great supermarket so everything is close by. The apartment itself is on the 5th floor (top floor). There is a very small lift that we were initially nervous to use but we overcame our fear and ended up using it the whole time. The roof terrace is what makes this flat incredible with stunning view across Athens to the hills beyond and then the other way to the Acropolis which is really impressive.The living space itself is clean and functional and perfect for the two of us. We loved the view so much we had supper on the terrace a couple of nights so we could watch the sun setting. The terrace is solely for the flat. The neighbour has the view I guess towards the sea but it is very separate so each space feels very private. Yoita was excellent at communication from the getgo

Apartment fully equipped in quiet district next to beautiful park. There are shops within walking distance for basic shopping and the National Defense metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance. Three people are comfortably accommodated. The host is very kind and helpful.

An incredible oasis in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Athens. Great food, accessible to other parts of the city, very walkable, and the apartment is GORGEOUS. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on, and the pool is *chef's kiss*

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 days in the Athens and it was nothing but amazing!! The room is exactly how it’s pictured if not bigger in person, the balcony has a shutter you can put down to completely black out the room which was our favourite feature and helped us sleep amazing😍the outside entrance does look a lil scary at first but as soon as you enter your room it’s a completey different vibe we could not recommend this air b&b enough

This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

Very cool and very nice place

Rhodric’s apartment is a superb place for as longer stay in the Athens region. Lovely and quiet neighbourhood, many restaurants and beaches less than 10 minutes drive away, easy access to downtown Athens and to the south of the Attic Peninsula. The apartment is spacious, the garden- like backyard and the pool are nicely shielded from local winds - you feel like in a villa in the countryside even though you’re right in the middle of Athen’s Glyfada suburb with even a direct view onto the sea. A rental car is highly recommended; you can park it in a private and covered parking lot. The place easily accommodates four guests. Excellent communication and every wish fulfilled within minutes. Couldn’t have been any better!

Great apartment, very clean. Swimming pool and terrace were a nice touch. Some slight confusion with check in and scheduled maintenance however the situation was resolved quickly with efficient communication. Would choose to stay again if I'm back in Athens.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
