Absolute recommendation! A little paradise in an impressive beautiful area of Ireland. Idyllic, animals right at the doorstep (dog, cats, ponies, donkeys), a very hospitable hostess and a super-equipped modern cottage! Ideal for exploring the area around the Ring of Kerry. We were thrilled and would recommend it to everyone! It should only be considered that the cottage is a little off the beaten path from the nearest village of Sneem (about 10 minutes drive). In return, you have absolute peace and a stunning view of a beautiful landscape. It was hard for us to leave.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the space felt both welcoming and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, offering helpful tips about the area and making check-in seamless. The location was perfect but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable experience. We’d absolutely stay again!

If you are looking for a more relaxing alternative to the typical Ring of Kerry package tour then consider booking this cottage. This cottage has a beautiful location, a helpful host and friendly dogs and cats. It’s an easy drive from Killarney and the gap of Dunloe, great walking trails abound, and the space is just perfect if you are looking for a relaxing cottage getaway. I definitely plan on rebooking here if I am ever again in southwest ireland.

What a wonderful, cozy place with fantastic garden and water views! Extremely convenient as a base while exploring nearby areas. Very nice touches with fresh flowers, bread and wine! Hope we are lucky enough to return someday! Thank you Gavin!

This place was great. It is on a quiet cul de sac off a country road just outside Killarney. It is a private quiet location but a few minutes ride to downtown Killarney. The home is beautiful with huge windows over looking an awesome backyard. The view is spectacular as you can see the mountains in the distance and many farms. Inside is great, spacious and clean with all modern amenities. We stayed with my wife, mother in law and 2 teenage daughters. It was a great base camp for the Ring of Kerry, Dingle, and Killarney National Park. We even drove to Blarney and the Cliffs of Moher! We would go back in a heartbeat.

What a great stay at a beautifully well appointed home. Plenty of space and lots nice touches to make you feel welcome. Siobhan was awesome and so friendly. Her communication was quick and timely. Highly recommend this place to stay.

John is a wonderful host… so helpful and welcoming. The cottage is peaceful and serene, in a wonderful location to visit many attractions and beautiful areas of Ireland. We appreciated the breakfast items they provided from their dairy farm!!

For adventurous travelers looking for an experience rather than merely a place to stay, this place and location has a lot to offer. After staying at chalets and places convenient for one night stops, it was fun to drive through Glengariff Nature Preserve through the winding roads up into the hilltop location surrounded by woods with openings looking out over the beautiful hilly terrain. Chopping wood to heat the small apartment heightened the feeling of living as one of the locals for a while. We appreciated Gesine’s helpful notes to get there and enjoyed chatting with her about life in this peaceful place. While day trips taking the ferry to Garnish Island or driving over Caha Pass to Killarney National Park were nice, we are glad we took advantage of the location and spent time away from tourist-filled areas to enjoy quiet, peaceful hikes along the nearby Riverwalk and through some of Pooleen Woods. This was a great addition to our first-time travel experience in Ireland!

Comfortable accommodation in a great location. We met Paul and he was really helpful with local places to go. This is a beautiful part of the country.

Stunning! We stayed one night with my wife and father as we were touring Ireland. The place is amazing, the house is big and very spacious. Everything was very clean and everything worked perfectly. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook or prepare breakfast, etc. The bathrooms are also large and comfortable. I definitely plan to come back and highly recommend it!

A cosy but spacious little nest surrounded by gorgeous scenery The location is absolutely fantastic as it is so close to the town center of Killarney, the entrance to the ring of Kerry and an hour away from Dingle, which was our next stop Mike and Sinead were the most amazing hosts as they provided us with lots of information and recommendations Highly recommend

where do we start? John was as friendly and gentle as they come. Hid place was perfect and adorable. Kitchen, washer Dryer and a real King Bed! ....just what the doctor ordered. Bridie was fantastic, met us at check-in and suggested where to go for dinner - she also helped us map our route to the Cliffs of Moher the next day via the ferry. She was so kind and we felt right at home. The cottage is fantastic. I just wish we spent more than one night!

Me and my partner found staying in andrianas place very peaceful and relaxing, only 10 minutes outside Killarney town which was ideal for us and the view is absolutely beautiful from the hot tub honestly have never seen a place like it before, I was very happy to come across Andrianas place and would definitely go back again, Andriana herself and showed us how to work the jacuzzi and was very accommodating. 10/10 would definitely recommend for a peaceful break away

An excellent stay! This was a great home base while visiting the Skelligs - a quiet spot but still an easy walk into Cahersiveen, and a short drive to Portmagee where most of the boats leave from. The space was very clean and just as described. The unit is downstairs from a larger home, but felt fully separate and I didn’t hear a peep from anyone else in the building. Having both laundry and the kitchen was convenient - both worked well and were nicely stocked. John was also quickly responsive to any questions. Overall, no complaints at all and highly recommend a stay here if in the area!

Great base for touring ring of Kerry and Dingle peninsula. Not far from Gap of Dunloe for views & walks and driving into Killarney. Friendly responsive host with helpful suggestions. An update of the bedrooms would make for an even nicer stay, but everything is well equipped.

Staying with Carmel is OG Airbnb, where there is actually a local host not an off-site corporation who owns the property you’re staying in. Carmel was wonderful and so welcoming. I was traveling alone and I really appreciate when it feels like I could reach out to the host if I have trouble without being a bother. The place itself is spectacular. They also have an actually stocked kitchen with more than just salt and pepper, which is soooo grand because you don’t have to spend money on an entire bottle of oil or butter or jam for a couple of quick meals. I hope to go back one day!
