Our wooden house is located on a beautiful, raw natural plot of land all the way out to Lake Mata. The large window section creates panoramic views of the lake, and breaks down the boundaries between indoor and outdoor life. The house accommodates 12 people and has six unique bedrooms, two bathrooms in beautiful raw materials, a kitchen, and a cozy integrated living room. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation by Lake Svanshals. Lake view from living room/kitchen and conservatory. Fireplace. The cabin is newly built and was completed at the turn of the year 2022/2023. Private access to Lake Svanshalssjön. Fishing on site. Swimming is possible but bathing shoes are recommended (until we have built a jetty). Otherwise, there is very nice nature nearby that is crossed by the Skåneleden. Within cycling and driving distance is Osby, where there are grocery stores, restaurants and other activities.

Charming house by the lake in Älmhult near the city center.

A newly-renovated cottage that is in the old style with new standard. The house has its own beach with jetty and ramp for your own boat. Also included is a rowboat so you can go out and row on the lake. The house is only 5 minutes from the city center by car and about 10 minutes by bicycle. A very idyllic area with Älmhult's marina as a neighbor with life and movement. Camping is 5 minutes away by bicycle, which has a restaurant and full rights. Best location in Älmhult's community with proximity to IKEA museum and IKEA department store.

Lake view and walking distance to Såganäs Friluftsbas with swimming jetty and canoe rental. 5 km to Diö where the nearest pizzeria and train station are located. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and the IKEA Museum. Fishing is available in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.

The accommodation is located in our garage (larger model). The stairs to the sleeping loft go through the garage. In a minute you are at the lake where you can fish from the dock, swim, skate, depending on the time of year! It is about 2.5 km to the city center and there is a bike path almost all the way. Here you are offered an exclusive experience in fantastic nature and extraordinary accommodation with the possibility of hunting, hiking, swimming or just relaxing in peace and quiet.
