The cottage is a 500m walk to the fantastic Cochrane restaurant and bar where you will not be disappointed by the local sourced menu. We are a busy working farm here at New Bogside and tours are available. Dogs welcome but additional fees apply.

A stunning family home, set in approx 10 acres of beautiful countryside with its own private 1 acre garden. Outside, the extensive garden and grounds comprising of mainly lush green lawns, mature woodland, wild flower areas and a portion of the Carmel Water which is a tributary of the River Irvine. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.
