The cottage has been completely modernised , and is fresh , light and bright .Superb modern kitchen and bathroom. Light and spacious bedroom. The cottage is very quiet with fine views over the forth road bridges to Fife. Free parking and access to electric car charger. Well trained Dogs are most welcome, but there is a charge. A large colourful garden, with a tennis court and croquet lawn surround the property. Eas reach of the village, bus and train station within 3 minutes to Edinburgh.

This is the perfect place to stay with easy commutes to and from Livingston City Centre, Edinburgh and Glasgow with frequent train and bus links into the city centers. Charlotte Cottage is wheelchair friendly and comes complete with an open plan living room and kitchen with fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, built in wardrobe, TV with free view and WI-FI. Colinton is a Conservation Village, childhood home of Robert Louis Stevenson and a perfect base to explore the city. Only 20/25 mins by bus or car to the city centre. Only 15 minutes drive from the Airport or get an airport bus which stops just a few minutes walk from the apartment!
