The interior is simple and harmonious with fine colors and authentic materials that create a warm and intimate atmosphere. Invites peace and quiet. No TV. There are great opportunities for outdoor activities both summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bed linen, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

The terraces give the feeling that you are sitting on a "flying bridge". You will love this place because of the location and everything that happens in Arendal and Tvedestrand city. 50 min to Kristiansand Zoo. Excellent for families, couples, friends and business travelers. Boat can be rented. In the period 7/1-8/20 minimum 7 days rental. Other days are minimum 3 days rental.

Great apartment with a lovely location on Holmen in Kilsund, between Arendal and Tvedestrand. Immediate proximity to the lake/swimming jetty. Use of a sea kayak is available with the apartment. Short walk to hiking trails, Svaberg and beaches. Local grocery store available in flip-flop distance across the road. There is also a nice outdoor restaurant with delicious food at Trattoria Mia just 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Private indoor parking with possibility of charging an electric car, as well as outdoor guest parking.

Consists of lawn, rock outcroppings, heather, hammock trees, furnished terraces with and without a roof, gas grill, fire pits, badminton net, outdoor games, hammock. Kid friendly. Herb beds. Blueberries on the plot and lots of wild raspberries and wild blackberries in the immediate area. A short way to the bathing area with bathing ladders and a nice large jetty ideal for swimming, crabbing and fishing. Child-friendly beaches nearby.

Holiday apartment by the sea

Create lifelong memories in this unique and family-friendly place. We rent an apartment on the 1st floor in our idyllic Sørland house from 1894. The apartment was renovated in 2022 with new windows and a new kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. The tenant has his/her own patio and has access to the jetty and the possibility to borrow a rowboat. There are 2 parking spaces on the plot. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves and want adult tenants. Bed linen and towels can be rented for NOK 250 per person

Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. Supplement for cleaning is 1200 NOK if the tenant does not clean himself.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy a morning swim before breakfast on the terrace of the Vista house overlooking the beautiful little town of Holmesund. The Vista house is made with a natural wood structure, Italian tiled bathrooms and beautiful interiors. There is plenty of space to relax on the two terraces and the house opens up completely to the outdoors with big folding doors on each side of the living room and kitchen. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation!

The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature
