Renovated historic stone houses licensed by Tourism Ministry as a "National Monument". Located on a quiet hill at Fethiye's Kayaköy area, with amazing valley views, surrounded by lush nature/mountains. Villa contains 4 separate suites, each has own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living room or terrace. Fully private/secluded open-air areas include large dining terrace, big pool, garden. Rental covers entire facility and it's a great choice for both large and smaller families or friend groups.

Yeni, asansörlü apartmanda olan dairemiz ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak çamaşır makinesi, bulaşık makinesi, mikrodalga fırın, ankastre fırın, ocak, buzdolabı, Tv, saç kurutma makinesi, ütü gibi birçok ekipmana sahiptir. 1 deniz manzaralı ve 1 normal çift kişilik yatak odası, 1 salon (2 kişi kalabilir) ve 24 saat sıcak su imkanlı banyosu bulunmaktadır.

Villa Alice is one of the most luxurious cottages in the area. 205 sq.m. Shops, local restaurants, bakery and a bus stop are just a few metres away. The villa is surrounded by high walls that guaranty privacy. It has a beautiful large garden with a swimming pool shared with another 2 cottages. Two Bedroom Villa. Two big bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms. Jacuzzi. Large open plan kitchen and living room with 2 sofa beds that can easily sleep another 2 people. Villa can accommodate 7 people.

Huzurlu doğa içerisindeki yerimizde aileniz ve arkadaşlarınızla dinlenebilir, ferah bahçesinde keyifli anlar yaşayabilirsiniz… Not; Kış sezonu olan (01/11/2025-31/03/2026) tarihlerinde villamızın yüzme havuzu aktiftir ve çalışmaya devam edecektir ama havuzumuzda ısıtma sistemi yoktur. Amacımız temiz olması ve görüntüsü hoş olmasıdır. Tabi dileyen misafirlerimiz yüzebilir. Villamız kış modunda konforunuz için havlu terlik, battaniye, yorgan ve taşınabilir konvektör ısıtıcı sağlanacaktır.

Quiet top-floor flat with a wide terrace overlooking the bay - the kind of view that makes you put your phone down. The space is simple, clean, and stocked with what you need for a short stay. The area is peaceful, but it’s just a 10-minute walk to town or a quick drive to the beaches. There’s also a scenic forest hike up to the abandoned village of Kayaköy. We live nearby and try to keep everything smooth, thoughtful, and low-key so you can enjoy your stay.

The property boasts panoramic views of rolling hills and sweet scented pine forests with a mountainous backdrop. Above the Valley you can see the sea twinkling between the hills behind the abandoned Greek Village that forms the heart of Kaya Village.

As an enjoyable getaway in the heart of Kayaköy, Nest Tiny House is located right in the center of the ghost town which is adopted by UNESCO as a World Friendship and Peace Village. Staying at Nest is a unique experience where you can feel old lives in serenity and peace. It’s a great way to spend a few days, take photos and enjoy the natural history amongst quite a touristy area.

Set in mature gardens with a large shared pool with our Fig Cottage, the cottage has a rustic feel with thick stone walls and high wooden ceilings. It's within easy walk to the authentic village of Kaya with its historical ruins as well as local restaurants and café houses.
