This is a renovated cottage located in a lovely rural area in North Mayo, it is just a few miles outside Ballycastle town on the wild Atlantic coast. The views of the sea are spectacular and the cottage provides a space to relax in after a day sightseeing the local area (you will need a car to get around). The cottage is on a working farm but other than the sound of sheep there will be nothing to disturb the peace and quiet you will experience in this beautiful cottage.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. It was spotless, cozy, and even more spacious than the photos suggest. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and I loved the proper strong hairdryer—ladies, you’ll get it! It was the perfect base for exploring County Mayo, with a lovely local pub just 5 minutes away. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

What a fantastic spot. We were 4 golfers and we each had a lovely bedroom with comfortable beds. We could see the golf course from the apartment. All Pubs and restaurants could be waked to and the beach was across the road. Fantastic place and we will be back.

Di was a wonderful host. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful with recommendations around the area. And the house is a treasure on its own. Beautiful views over the bay, luxurious furniture, excellent kitchen and each room has a unique style. Beds, matresses and pillows were very comfortable. The backyard is huge and was the petfect place for our puppy to play outside.
