Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kings Beach

Really beautiful view! Cute area with restaurants within a 10 min driving distance. A lot of cleaning instructions - washing dishes, taking out trash, washing linens and one of the beds had no pillow cases. Other than that, I would stay again

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Fantastic place. Great location, very clean, and a lot of space. Great for a group or family. The house was supplied better than any I have previously stayed at. Thank you for a great stay!

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs and Micks place is one of my favorites. Central, easy location and right around the corner, practically, is a fabulous bakery with gluten free choices!!!! The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. I high recommend this unit. It’s certainly worth the very fair price.

Phil’s place is very clean and the location is great for our family to ski at Diamond peak ski resort. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything for us to make the family dinner. We had an issue with the dryer but Phil had his people to fix it the next day. The check in and the check out process is very smooth. My family has enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future.

Absolutely loved it. Location along the lake was special. Walkable/ very runnable area. Very clean and cozy little spot and felt very private.

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place in Lake Tahoe! The space was quaint, cozy, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal—close to all the activities we had planned, which made getting around super convenient. Michael and Tay were incredibly responsive and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this spot if you’re visiting Lake Tahoe—we’d definitely stay here again!

Paul and Naomi were excellent hosts and very responsive to all our questions and needs. The unit was well equipped and comfortable, and within easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee shops, general shopping, the lake, and bike rentals. Grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. We were a party of 3 adults and one teenager, the property was perfect for all of us, and gave the teenager the ability to come and go. We would definitely recommend this property!

We, a couple with 2 pups, had a relaxing trip to Kings Beach in Tahoe. Donna and Toby’s cabin had everything (and more) you’d need. In fact, until now, I’d never stayed in a rental that was as well stocked as this home. There were zip lock bags, foil, oil, coffee, I could go on but you get the idea. Restaurants within walking distance to home base. We ordered take away meals and enjoyed them in the cabin since the weather was too cold to sit outside with our dogs. In fact, it snowed our first night which was magical and beautiful to wake up to the next morning. Appreciated the fenced yard for the dogs to sniff around. The beach and walking path was a quick few minutes walk away. Sweet little cabin. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely time staying at Tahoe Bliss! Our group of 8 loved the comfy couches in the living space, had all the tools we needed and more for cooking and baking, enjoyed a soak in the hot tub, and fit perfectly in the bedrooms with room to spare. Great food, rentals, and ski resorts were minutes away. Sean’s responsiveness and flexibility with check-in made our stay stress-free. Thank you!

The location was perfect, just a short distance from the ski resort(20 min with chains on), which made getting to the slopes super easy. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a great stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place near the ski resorts!

The most amazingly beautiful place in the best spot! We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach and the comfort and modern decor of this house. Literally everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation.

We had a great stay! The place was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made things so easy (even had a wine stopper! Small details matter.) The location was perfect—just a short drive to King’s Beach, and convenient for exploring the area. We also really enjoyed the community amenities—the pool was great for relaxing, and the pickleball court was a fun bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. There were not a lot of occupants in the surrounding townhomes and it was very quiet. Pros for this property include a phenomenal location- restaurants and shops within walking distance, and the townhome community has a lot of pine trees and is nicely situated. We loved the location. Also, the bathrooms in this property were updated, very modern and very nice- spa like! It was great having 2 bathrooms. The space was comfortable and quite clean, there is pride of ownership evident. Host maintained information on local establishments that was helpful. On the con side, the unit is cozy, no separate dining area. It was perfect for us to have breakfast in the morning, and grab snacks during the day or make very simple dinner. As a family of 3, our needs were basic and this property worked great for us.

Loved our stay. Nebojsa & Sladana were very quick and responsive to questions before and during our stay. The place was clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could have needed, and the location was great for ski in and out access. Bonus for being in the first floor. Hope to book again next season.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. Really nice place to stay. Nice location, a few minutes' drive to most activities on the north shore. Full kitchen with more than enough cookware and condiments. Communication is fast and effective. We are a party of two, so the space is more than enough: large beds, and the living room is cozy with a fireplace and a TV where you can watch netflix, youtube, etc. Overall, great experience and strongly recommended!

Kate is a fabulous host who is available to answer all of our questions and provided excellent instructions in terms of check-in and any questions that we had. It is a walk to the ski hill and we were so fortunate that NorthStar remained open for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful Easter holiday at her luxury condo that is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe along with sitting outside by the fire pits. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was absolutely amazing !! I would recommend staying at this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation !! Thank you Kate we hope to come back soon !!!
