This is in a charming, renovated townhouse in an amazing location just off Tompkins ave for restaurants, shopping and bars. Easy access to Manhattan via subway - not to mention all the best of Brooklyn - and a relaxing oasis to chill. Your host is present but rarely seen! Just knock on the door or call if you need me, but during your stay everything pictured is entirely yours (except the common laundry area and backyard). I won't need to pass through your space at all, unless you need help.

Located in Canarsie, Brooklyn, this is an updated cozy and bright apartment that is walking distance to bars, restaurants, night-life, supermarkets, Canarsie Pier, and public transportation including an express bus to Manhattan (BM2 runs Mon -Sat), 30 minutes to Manhattan by L train, and 15 minutes to JFK airport by car. NYC requires property owners to be in the same dwelling. This is a two family house and the host resides on the property. Guest have full access to the apartment.
