This nice appartment is perfect located. We had everything we needed. Karen and Walter were very friendly, replied quickly and gave us the information we asked for. It was a fundamental part of our experience in NYC. We recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Richard’s location. The apartment was clean and smelled great. We felt right at home. It was also easy to get to NYC from his space. Would highly recommend. Hope to stay again in the near future.

This is an EXCELLENT place to stay that feels like NYC without being as busy as NYC. Raunak is an excellent host and very responsive. Great restaurants, Liberty Science Center, and a GREAT coffee shop (Rabble & Lion) & bakery (Prato) around the corner. Raunak's place is nicely kept, has all the amenities anyone would need, and was kid friendly. Highly recommend and hope to return!

The Airbnb was very clean and spacious for six of us. Very comfortable area. Subway station was about an 18 minute walk and that worked well for us. They responded to our text very quickly. They let us know on a daily basis if we needed anything to reach out to them. The only drawback for us was there was no coffee maker or Keurig. Unfortunately, instant coffee doesn’t cut it for us. But overall, the place was very beautiful and as I said earlier clean and comfortable

As a family of four, we enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space, it looks as described, well stocked kitchen. I’m a clean freak and I thought it was very very clean. It’s a ten minute walk to the subway as mentioned. It did end up being a little more of a schlep into the city with kids than we anticipated BUT the distance was exactly what was described! Definitely recommend.

As someone who works in the hospitality business, this place was perfect! The directions were super specific, even with pictures to guide us through making it super easy. The beds are made just as they would be at my hotel, and everything neatly set up :) The biggest thing was how communicative they were (even though I lack in that department sometimes eheh), they overall were super thorough, even checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. 10/10 Would recommend our host anytime, I couldn't describe to the full extent how grateful I was! This was a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Tanya’s AirBnB! My friends and I were visiting NYC for some Broadway shows and had an amazing time! Tanya was very responsive, the place matched the listing and was very clean! Would stay again!

Two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms. An extensive living room with a large kitchen. Everything is working. Balcony. Washer and dryer. Tranquility. Mattresses in bed comfortable. At the bottom, you can use coffee from the coffee maker. Well equipped gym. Bus access towards NYC - about 8 min on foot. The ticket cost is 6.9 dollars.

Vered the host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive from the first minute we spoke. The place is extremely clean, cozy, and in a very nice neighbourhood. The area is also safe and very close to the airport and away from the business of the borough. I'll be staying there in the future again.

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

We have stayed at other Airbnb in New Jersey and Danny’s place has been priced just right. The location was very peaceful and had almost everything close by like Walmart, target, dollar tree etc. We were glad to have dedicated parking. The kitchen was spacious and clean. We didn’t hear any noise from the tenant upstairs as described by other guests that stayed here previously. The pantry was decently stocked for essentials such as spices, sugars, seasonings etc. There is also a nice laundry in the basement with detergent supplied by the host.

Nice place close to places to eat, nice little coffee shop real close and easy walk to train that goes to New York.

Loved staying here! Very much a 'live like a local' experience - so many wonderful bars, shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Not to mention easy access to the PATH station. A great little slice of Hoboken.

A good choice of live in Jersey City,If you want to visit New York City. Take 15 mins to PATH station by walking. The kitchen and laundry are very clean and helpful. Capable for max 6 people. Half basement and the street parking some reviews said challenging. But I feel it’s fine. All in all, a good choice for traveling to NYC especially so close to the status of liberty by car.

Jennifer offers so many nice touches to make you feel at home! The bathroom has qtips, cotton balls, makeup wipes and even a specially designated makeup towel! Great shower water pressure and water gets nice and hot quickly! There were 2 beers and 2 cokes in the fridge, with a welcome note! We were traveling in a large van, and had no trouble parking it directly in front of the apartment, only had to move it for street cleaning on Thursday. Jennifer responded to my questions regarding recommendations, almost immediately. Bus lines and subway station are within walking distance. Catholic Church at the end of the block. Enjoyed our stay!

Emily’s spot was perfect. It felt like I had my own apartment in New York City for the few days I was there. Emily was a great host - super responsive and a pleasure to communicate with! I’d 100% stay again when I’m back in NYC

As described. Water pressure is a bit low but good enough. We didn't find going up the stairs to be much of a problem.
