Note: This is shared space (unit 3F) and I will be in residence during your stay. We are steps from Brooklyn Bridge Park, and are are conveniently close to the F, A, 2/3 trains and NYC Ferry. Fabulous restaurants, galleries, shops abound. The loft is spacious and airy, clean and full of art and good vibes. You will feel at home here as you enjoy location, location, location. Longer term stays will be considered- just send an inquiry.

The William Vale’s King room includes a single King bed as well as a spacious 71 sq. ft. balcony with views and en-suite bathroom. Interior appointments include designer décor, floor-to-ceiling windows, sofas, hardwood floors, and contemporary art. It is a 260 square foot room with views, a king bed, bistro table and chair, balcony.

Our Deluxe Rooms feature spacious accommodations with modern elegance. These large rooms are ideal for business travelers who need more resources when traveling or for vacationing families. Deluxe Rooms feature two queen beds, one king, or one queen bed. Some rooms also feature a small seating area with a comfortable sleeper sofa.

The Studio Deluxe ranges in size & open or partitioned layout. We can notate preference, however specific room numbers are based on availability & cannot always be guaranteed. Pictured is unit 201, 202, 205, 206, & 210, notated in the caption.
