House holiday rentals in King's Heath

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

My wife and I had a lovely time at Lucy’s, we were so fortunate to experience the gorgeous manor and its grounds! Everything was in pristine condition and comfortable. The coach house had everything needed and Lucy was a great help to make our time extra special. This is the perfect place for a romantic and special experience for those who appreciate historical properties and beautiful gardens. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to book the manor!

Big, beautiful home for a large gathering. Decorated the summer house for my daughter's 21st which was lovely. Lovely garden with furniture and hot tub. Plenty of bathrooms. Had a lovely stay

Beautiful home! Absolutely loved staying here. The grounds were so gorgeous and the property was 5 star hotel standard. It’s not often that you stay somewhere that the beds are comfier than your own and these were. They had thought of every little detail. Couldn’t recommend more.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful home with everything we needed and stunning features. very spacious and the garden and especially hot tub went down a treat with two teenagers. The village is peaceful and we had a wonderful wall to the pub. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back, thank you so much xx

Loved staying in this apartment. Perfect location for what I needed, with the bus stop into town a two minute walk away. Very quiet and felt very safe staying here. Veronica always responded straight away and if I needed anything, it was there right away.

The apartment was stunning and impeccably clean, located in a fantastic area in Solihull with excellent transport links, restaurants, shops, and more nearby. The host went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. If you’re planning to book in Solihull, this place is undoubtedly at the top of my list!

Currently staying here and I am having a great time extended my stay for an extra night because of how nice the house is only down side was all the stains on the carpet in living room as this made all the guest anxious as we didn’t want to be blamed for something we didn’t do but other then this the experience was brilliant loved the pool/table tennis was a nice touch to the house and atmosphere and really brought out a good vibe the hot tub was beautiful but I did not like the fact that over time the temp would slowly decrease and water started going Luke warm but if you are a person who wants to use hot tub for 20/30 min then I’d defo recommend as when you first jump in the temp is perfect 🔥

A great find! The house was super clean, spacious, and perfect for our team of 6 contractors. We had plenty of room to relax after work and felt very much at home. Our host Joan was fab and we would happily stay again.

Sam’s bungalow was fantastic. The rooms were as seen in the photos. Each bedroom was a very spacious twin double room and each was squeaky clean. The living spaces were ideal to relax and the dinning room had space for 6. Although we didn’t use it during our stay the garden space is extensive and would be great to sit outside and relax. If you’re looking for a place in the area I would highly recommend.

Hosted my friends for a birthday weekend and had a really nice time at the house. The house was clean and everything we needed was available. Adam attended to us at every point and made sure our visit to Birmingham was enjoyable. 100 percent recommend to anyone looking for a conducive Airbnb.

Really lovely place to stay with lots of room for all the family. Lots to do in the house too which kept us enterntianed and would of liked to stay longer. Great hamper with goodies which was enjoyed by all. Brillaint garden too.

Second time here , and would use again in future. Used Muns place to have a bridal shower. Home was beautiful. Host was very responsive. Plenty of space to have an intimate gathering. Pictures truely are accurate. Thanks for everything ✌🏽

very convenient for the NEC but very small place and we should have read the description better as we stayed for a week but great for a few days

amazing place. 10 of us stayed for a weekend event in the NEC and this was a 5 minute drive away. I love that everyone had a bed and when we all hung out in the living room and kitchen it did not feel too crowded. the outdoor space is fab too. clean and pretty. communication fab. want to stay again!

The house was located in an extremely convenient location for us as we needed to easily get to Edgbaston Sports and Fitness Centre for a competition. It was also an easy, flat 30 minute walk into the city centre. The house was clean and clutter-free, with all the necessary appliances and more - dishwasher, washer/dryer, iron. Carla was super quick to respond to any questions I had, before our trip and during, which was so helpful. Considering it was a weekend, we didn't think the road noise was bad at all, and we come from rural Wales. All in all, a great place to stay.
