Our 1-bedroom, 1-bath shipping container/tiny home, complete with a full kitchen, offers direct access to the Llano River and breathtaking views of the Packsaddle Mountains. Spend your days fishing, tubing, or hiking, and your evenings grilling dinner, soaking in the tub, or relaxing around your personal fire pit under the stars. This modern-rustic, retreat offers a glamping experience like none other.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with private entrance, it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. This is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere.. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below.. I also have another guestroom space in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2

Less than 10 minutes from a major grocery store (HEB), 8 restaurants, several drive-in stores, and three Dollar Stores. Wal-Mart is an easy 15 minute drive to beautiful Marble Falls TX. There is swimming, fishing, hiking, wildlife and the beautiful outdoors of the Texas Hill Country.
