Holiday rentals with lake access in Kingston

This was a great place to stay for a family who wants to have a great time. It was very accommodating and a spacious place to stay. As soon as we walked in we saw how clean and nice it was kept. Finally it had everything we needed for our everyday needs, including kitchen utensils, soap and towels.

Ideal location with a warm welcoming feeling. Clean and comfortable in a quiet, peaceful location. Would definitely recommend and plan on staying here agin next time I am in this area.

So glad we found this amazing place! It is nestled off the road in a quiet, beautiful location. The downstairs area is spacious, with a pool table and a dart board. The electric fireplace was such a nice addition for the colder than usual evening. Penny was such a great host! Fun filled fact- the space is filled with such pretty photos. I was so interested in them that I looked up the photographer and turns out it was Penny! I ended up purchasing a few pieces and I can’t wait to add them to my space at home! Maria’s home was beautiful with a spectacular view right on the water. We enjoyed time on the dock, kayaking, paddle boarding and canoeing in the bay. Maria was kind enough to provide us wood for the fire pit and the kids loved cooking s’mores at night. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day exploring the area. Maria’s home was clean and comfortable and we felt right at home. Thank you Maria for being a wonderful host and sharing your beautiful home!

James was a great host! Really friendly and helpful. The place was super clean and felt like home the way it’s decorated 😊 we really enjoyed our stay. James also went out of his way to help us with the kayaks and kept an eye out for us to make sure we’re safe. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Prince’s place! It was exactly as described, was in a great location and was extremely well equipped. Prince was super communicative and checkin/out was quite simple. Great spot for a weekend away!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

Pam was terrific from the start - she was very responsive and helpful in all of our communication leading up to our stay. She was there to let us in and give us a tour of the space, but then she disappeared and left us to get settled in. The house has some great history and it is a 3 minute walk to the Main Street of a lovely village that is a great central location from which to explore the whole area. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a small sitting area that is fine for beginning and end of the day (no TV - which at first was a bit of a surprise, but we actually enjoyed not having that as a default to entertaining ourselves). Pam is an artist (very good) and a lot of her work is displayed in the space which enhances the area. An excellent value, comfortable space, lovely host.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

awesome location, exactly as pictured and described. Just maybe a heads up that the first floor of the building is empty, but being renovated to be a shop/cafe. Wasnt a problem for us, but may make the spot a bit busier in the future.

This was one of the prettiest Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Very unique interiors and beautiful location right by the water. Great location with a lot of restaurants around. We had a minor issue when we got there but the host was so quick to respond and fix it for us. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home! From the location, to the decor - it was an incredible stay! Close to the main street and lots to do in the area.

Fun place! Inside: big kitchen with plenty of utensils, great views, upper loft mega-space, big bathroom, games, Internet/TV (Netflix worked great). Very impressed with the bed comfort. Outside: great deck and dock, nice chairs and picnic table, good parking fit 2 vehicles, road noise & activity was VERY minimal despite our initial concern, 3 kayaks + canoe, easy boat access (shore or dock), still waters most of the time. There are only 3 life jackets. Kayaks are open top style, paddles are stiff (good thing). The islands are just a short distance away. They looked far at first, but I ended up exploring around at least 10 Island before heading back. A seasoned paddler could easily get into town. Winds can pick up later. Must be great fishing here- didn't try. Highly recommend this place for a great time on the river and easy access to nearby attractions. The heating/ cooling system looked awesome but we did not need it.

We had a lovely time at yadira's cottage, the location was perfect for a week-end getaway. We were right between PEC and the tousand islands! The offer mentions sulfur perfumed tap water, a situation which resolved itself after a little while. Bedrooms were perfect for our needs, would recommend.

We all felt like we won the lottery with Ken and rachel’s place! There was such attention to detail, such kindness in the communication, and we will definitely be back. You will not be disappointed!

This is a fabulous cabin on the lake!! We ended up having our family of 4 plus a niece stay here during a family reunion in Kingston and this was wonderful! I like getting out of town, and this feels out in the woods, yet only a 20 minute drive to Kingston. The communication with Danielle and Jorden was immediate. The instructions to get to the cabin are clear. The cabin itself is very cozy and had everything we needed. It was very clean, the kitchen has all necessary appliances, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are great (but low pressure if something else, like the dishwasher, is running) The setting is in absolute paradise. The lake, the deck, the dock, the chairs, the fire pit, the hot tub... wow!Unfortunately for us, the weather was not great so we did not make good use of all the outdoor amenities. But even in the rain, it was so lovely to walk some of the nearby Cataraqui Trail. I will definitely try to make my way back to this Airbnb, hopefully in the warmer months.

This is a great cozy spot and there is a lot to do within the cottage. It’s right at the lake and they had a lot of equipment (canoe, paddle boat, life jackets, bon fire etc.). They have a nice games room also which kept the kids busy. And Rhys was great - communicated very well and was proactive. We’d come back.

Stayed 1 night in May to meet old friend and catch up. Perfect spot on the water in quiet neighbourhood with nice deck and backyard. Worked very well for two with well appointed kitchen/livingroom. Beds very comfortable! Host was very responsive and friendly! We did not tour as just there for one night but would be ideal to explore the county from there as your base.
