It is located down a quiet no through lane at the end of which a public footpath takes you to the beautiful South West Coast Path. Whilst the garden is perfect for al fresco dining the Dolphin Inn is a short walk away and serves delicious home cooked food.

The South West Coast Path 100m away, runs East towards Bigbury on Sea and West, towards the River Erme. The area is steeped in history and offers something for everyone. There is surfing, fishing, walking, windsurfing, diving, pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. However there is no need to leave the property with its garden overlooking the beach and cosy fire indoors.
