Villa holiday rentals in Kiotari

Very nice house directly at the beach. Very private, you have the beach almost only for you :) The jacuzzi was a great add on for the kids! A car is needed to reach supermarket and one of the many restaurants. Very quick and friendly communication. We had changed our plans due to very hot weather and the team made a later check out possible. Many thanks, we had a great time 😀

Grigoris was an extremely helpful and responsive host. He was very flexible with a late check in and was always quick to respond with recommendations and any questions that needed answering. Great stay at a beautiful villa. Would highly recommend staying here as a great base for exploring Rhodes. Panos is a great host whom is very responsive and flexible, allowing us to stay later as we had a late flight.

Just finished a 3 night stay as a group of 5 friends (~35), we loved the house and the location! The pool was incredible! Also, Yiannis the housekeeper was such a great host, proactive communication, very helpful showing us around and a true gentleman and pleasure to meet! Highly recommend this house

Beautiful villa with amazing outdoor space. We spent our days round the pool and enjoyed eating in the outside area the nights we stayed in. We were a family of 6- with kids aged 10, 14, 16 and 19…. all ages enjoyed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Symi and a private sunset boat trip as well exploring Rhodes old town. We ate in several of the recommended restaurants and had a good meal in all of them. Thanks for an amazing holiday

Pekna lokalita. Klidne místo . Dum je pěkný ,vybaveny . Je tam vechno pro rodinu. Lokalita je ve strdu ostrova což je super pro vylety . Je to na vsechny strany do 1hodiny cesty. Trochu hůř se dostat poprve k domu . Na mapach google neni videt prijezdova cesta. Ale majitel poslal video podle ktereho sme to nasli napoprve. Byli sme spokojeni.

Everything was wonderful! The house is decorated and cozy like a hotel, Alex was available for us all the time, the sea and tavernas are within walking distance and the view is amazing. The house is equipped down to the smallest detail - from the food and drinks that were waiting for us to a hairdryer, shampoo and more. Disadvantage - There are a lot of mosquitoes in Rhodes and we suffered even in the villa. It is recommended to stock up on everything you can. Highly recommend!

Very attractive villa, plenty of room for a family of four. The big pool, lovely outdoor space and amazing views mean this villa is a real find. It’s very hard to find a quality villa with a pool within walking distance to a beach and shops and restaurants - this ticked all those boxes. The inside of the villa is really well done, modern and clean with great air-con. You can get a taxi to near by Lindos, St Paul’s Bay for €15 euro each way. Highly recommend this villa and the host Svetlana was lovely and responsive. Vlycha bay is pebbles so for sandy beach just do some day trips to Lindos, Pallas and St Paul’s. It was lovely and quiet. A 2 minute walk down the steep hill and there are two nice places to eat and drink as well as mini market or super market 10 minutes walk.

We booked for 7 adults and 3 children. The villa and location was prefect! Zohar was quick to respond to all our questions and accommodated an early check in and late checkout. The private beach access is amazing. They provided travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc! I would highly recommend for adults or families.

What an amazing villa, a group of 10 of us stayed here for 5 nights. We had an amazing time, the villa is very spacious with a wonderful pool and outside area. All the rooms are very comfortable with A/C throughout. Despina gave us local recommendations and helped us with taxi organisation which for a group of 10 was very helpful. It’s only a 10 minute taxi to the old town and there is plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We would 100% recommend Despina’s Villa

Wow. The villa was beyond our expectations and our hosts were just lovely and so helpful with everything, starting with arranging a transfer with Demetris - ‘demetris galatas aegean Rhodes’. If you’re offered this guy’s number be sure to take it. He was brilliant from start to finish with recommendations and being a general go to for absolutely anything and everything. Same with Evi, Emmanouil and the rest of the family. We were a family of 3 generations and it ticked everyone’s boxes. Downstairs bedroom for grandma, peaceful in the day but close enough to be able to walk to some lovely restaurants in the evening and also to the nightlife for the grandchildren. Local supermarket should you want food to eat in. The villa was spacious, and well equipped with everything you need. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation, the hosts or Demetri and I would love to go back if we get the chance. Everyone loved it and we were so sorry the stay had to come to an end.

We had a relaxing week at Vasiliki's villa during the last week in April. It was clean, tidy and as per the photos. Water, juice and some food provisions in the fridge to get us started were a nice touch and very appreciated. The outdoor areas and pool were perfect, with a direct view to the sea just beyond. The area was quiet and peaceful but shops and tavernas are within easy walking distance, with plentiful restaurants within a short car drive. Unfortunately, the weather was not kind and we had 3 days of wind and rain with temperatures lower than normal, so were were not able to make use of the pool, beach or water activities (boats and jet ski hire is very local). However the villa was cosy and comfortable and we did venture out to explore other areas by car. We would not hesitate to recommend Vasiliki's villa and we would love to visit again in summer.

Thank you for a most wonderful stay at habitat inn. This villa is on a very high standard in every area, it feels like a 5star hotel with your own space and privacy. It is modern, immaculate and has beautiful decor- it's definitely even nicer in real than on the photos! The outside grounds are stunning and well maintained with beautiful sea views. It is peaceful and quiet and the perfect place for a quality holiday. The hosts are wonderful and friendly people that take great pride in maintaining their property and providing the best experience for their guests and were also very helpful with guiding us to the best places to visit in Rhodes.

Die Villa ist wirklich sehr sehr schön aufgebaut und ausgestattet. Man konnte sich direkt heimisch fühlen. Der eigene Pool war absolut Mega zum abkühlen. Georgia am Front Desk war immer gut erreichbar und hat sich super um einen gesorgt und gekümmert. Es blieben keine Fragen und Wünsche offen. Auch gibt es direkt vor dem Villen-Komplex einen Taxistand, von dem aus man die Gegend gut erkunden kann. Auch gibt es viele Autovermietungen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Gegend. Man kann sehr gut in der Nähe essen gehen oder wenn man möchte in diversen Beach Bars den Tag am Strand genießen. Rund um können wir Momentum Villas herzlichst empfehlen und würden diese bei einem erneuten Rhodos Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Antonakis villa is the perfect place to stay in Rhodes. The hosts are fantastic and can’t do enough for you. The villa is equipped with everything that you need and more! The location is great, 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes walk to great restaurants and bars and a 30 minute drive to Rhodes town. Our holiday here was brilliant, the hospitality from Giannis made it even better, we couldn’t ask for anything more, all his recommendations were amazing! We will definitely be returning! My three boys (20, 17 and 17) and I had a great time here. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beautiful quiet beach and a short walk from some really good friendly Greek restaurants. To top it off: a pool - decisions, decisions: pool or sea today! The Villa was perfectly functional and clean and best of all it had air con in every room.

Our week in Michael’s beautiful villa was made all the better by his fabulous advice and recommendations. The beach is so incredibly close with two great beach bars. It is pebbly so beach shoes help but water is crystal clear. The village is a slow 5 min walk & has the best supermarket and green grocers I have ever seen. The bakery has fab coffee & delicious traditional and artisan bakes. The village comes alive at night with restaurants- a weeks not long enough to try them all & we ate out every night! Special mention to Mama’s (amazing pizza- did take away one night, eaten on beach watching sunset!) On Kiotari beach (12 mins) Sirocco was brilliant- 5euros for the most comfy Sun bed & waitress service -authentic, fresh & v reasonable. That’s all before the beautiful villa! Everything has been considered, from all the kitchen equipment you could want to so many areas to chill, read, or be sociable. Superb bathrooms, AC, sea view balconies, comfy beds & Michael, the perfect host!

Christos was an excellent host, response to our questions was immediate. The villa is perfect for family or a group of friends. Three double bedrooms and one double bedroom off the lounge area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit quietly, each bedroom had its own balcony. Very useful if you want your own very quiet reading space with views of the sea and mountains. Excellent pool and pool beds, great outdoor space, fabulous BBQ which we used many times, just a perfect place to spend time with family. A proper cooks kitchen everything to hand. The village of Gennadi which is a drive of 5mins has a bakery, veg shop, small well equipped supermarket and great restaurants. Visited many cultural places on Rhodes and some excellent beaches. All in all I would highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was modern, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the outdoor area with the pool and barbecue – it was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the evenings. Communication was excellent and always very fast. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time there. The location is peaceful and beautiful, with lovely beaches nearby. We all had a great time and would definitely come back!

A fantastic week spend at Villa Physis, the Villa was as described and has everything you need. The outside area and pool is beautiful and our 2 boys spend hours in and out of the pool. Lovely selection of food and wine on arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Dora was friendly and helpful whenever we needed her, she is definitely a super host. Thank you for a great week, we will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Unterkunft war schön. Die angegebene Adresse ist leider nicht der genaue Standort. Villa jedoch trotzdem leicht zu finden, wenn die Straße abgesucht wird. Leider hat das Wifi bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht 100%ig funktioniert. Nachdem gar nichts mehr ging habe ich Kontakt aufgenommen und das Problem wurde behoben. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort.

My family and I had a superb holiday in Lukáš and Lucy’s Villa. The Villa is very clean and felt like home from home, whilst the pool was great too. Located in a quiet street just five mins walk from the centre of Lardos and Lindos only a 15 min drive away - a great location. Lardos itself, whilst small has everything you need including some good bars and restaurants. Lukáš was a great host always willing to offer some suggestions and on the one occasion we had a query he responded very quickly. Highly recommend.
