BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. We rent a cozy, friendly, bright apartment on the 1st floor of an old building with 2 bedrooms (1x160 bed, 1x 140 bed), great kitchen and bathroom with shower & bathtub. The sofa in the living room offers a sleeping option (squeaks a little). The small town of Hagenow is located between the "Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve" and the "Elbe River Landscape Biosphere Reserve", and the cities of Ludwigslust and Schwerin can also be reached quickly by train. The Baltic Sea is only 1 hour away by car.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Welcome to our cottage on the Elbe dyke! Our house and the detached guest house were built in 2021. The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. If you are looking for peace and relaxation in a stylishly furnished ambience, this is the place to be. The Elbe Cycle Path and Elbe Dike are about 200 meters from us.

In front of the doors of Schwerin is our more than 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. Located on the 1st floor, it offers a light-flooded living room with king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden view.

Our apartment is located directly in the center of Redefin. A bakery with a small café and a small shop are located directly across the street. The state stud farm of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania is located in Redefin. However, the place is not only inviting for horse fans. Many events take place at the stud farm every year, not just for horse fans, such as the exhibition Lebens-Art at the beginning of June or concerts of the MV Festival.

The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

The total 20 sqm apartment offers a well-equipped pantry kitchen, a wooden stack bed with two sleeping places, a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Lake and forest invite you to stroll, the cultural sites in the city center can be reached by foot (30 min.) or by bus, shopping is in close proximity.

During your stay with us, you will stay in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden part . It is also set up for long stays. In winter, wood and brikets are heated and it gets cuddly warm quickly. Fluent cold water is available in the wagon only in the frost-free time! Horses can be brought along, 1 ha. Couple directly by the car. Bathroom area and sauna are 50m from the main house.
