Brand new, modern and cozy cabin, unique location Flekkerøy, Kristiansand. The cabin is beautifully located with proximity to the lake and the forest overlooking Oksøy lighthouse. Right out of the cabin and down the road you will find the beach in the open area in Skylleviga, and there are also rocks and opportunities for fishing and going on great walks. Nice place to recharge your batteries, and child-friendly. The cabin is in a quiet area with families, so we do not want any partying. We want to rent out to families, but other quiet people are also welcome.

The cabin is located right by the water, two canoes are included and there is also a solid rowboat. The sauna located by the jetty can be booked if desired. Free parking about 150 meters from the cabin. Nice fish in the water, no need for a fishing license.

Access is a few minutes by sea (boat included) and jetty with 200 m walk to the cabin. The island has several activities such as fishing, beach and jetty, tennis, football and frisbee golf course. Shop and restaurant right across the fjord. The property has good sun conditions. Relax with the whole family, or just a weekend with good friends.

Lean back in the lovely sofa and let your eyes rest on the lake. Peaceful area with great hiking areas right outside the door. 15 min from Kristiansand city center, 3 min walk down to the area's common small cozy area of beach and jetties. Hytten har en stor brygge på nedsiden av hytta. Isefjærfjorden har normalt høyeste badetemp i sjø/Norge (reiseradioen) Kort vei til dyreparken, 15 km. Hytta har en bratt skrent på fremsiden men med gjerde. Har parkeringsplass med hovedvei til hytta og med hytta, noe smal vei opp til hytta. Stor brygge med bord og stoler. Hytta har innlagt vann. Hytta har helt nytt toalett. Internett og TV skjem. Innebygd terrasse med skyvedør/vinduer. 2 soverom med køyesenger 2 soverom med dobbeltseng.

Meget koselig hytte på idyllisk sted. Her kan man nyte utsikt til elva og fantastisk natur. Den har også ballbinge og Setesdalsbanen i nærheten. Hytta ligger bare 10 min fra R9. 20 min fra Vennesla. 30 min fra Kristiansand og 45 min fra Kristiansand dyrepark. 100m fra sykkelrute 3. Meget raskt internett. Utestue med ildsted kan lånes ved forespørsel. Badeplass i elva 50 m fra hytta . Mange turstier. Robåt kan lånes fra ca april til ca november. Mye småfisk i elva. Trenger ikke fiskekort.

Ute venter terrasser, trampoline og badestamp (mai–okt) som gjør oppholdet ekstra hyggelig for både barn og voksne.

Welcome to our holiday home in idyllic surroundings in Høvåg. Only a 20-minute drive from Dyreparken/Kristiansand. Cabin with annex is undisturbed at the end of a dead end, west facing and sunny on a plateau with great views. Private swimming area and rock with good fishing opportunities only 50 meters below the cabin. Good hiking opportunities in the area. If you are going to Sørlandsbesøk or to the Zoo, this is an excellent option.
