Beautiful totally refurbished cottage .

We live in the same village as the cottage so will be available if there are any problems or if you just need information on local area. The cottage has a private south facing garden 40 metres away with off road parking for 2 vehicles. Soutergate is 1 of 3 small hamlets in Kirkby which has 2 pubs a post office a small cafe plus the train station and bus stops also childrens play area all within walking distance from the cottage. (Guests have full control of the heating).

Located just off the main street of Haverigg its the perfect location to explore the beach just around the corner (2min walk) Shop, Chippy and Pub 1 minute walk away.
